I understand some of the fees come from importing goods to the city - but do I really need to pay $3.00 for a roll of toilet paper, $12 for a small container of detergent? Maybe I'm in the wrong neighborhood, but it's expensive as hell to live here and I cringe to think of the cost when you add in high tax rates. No wonder the successes are leaving. I know why.
