Like your point Chuckk. It sticks in my craw when even Conservatives chime in that Health Care is in a state of crisis.

Says who?

Since when is an ever increasing life span a crisis?
Since when is the best survival rate of any country for major diseases a crisis?
Since when is the ability to lead productive lives into your 80′s a crisis?
Since when is ready access to the best medical care a crisis?

Anybody who doesn’t want to pay 17% of their income for about 10 additional years of productive life doesn’t have to. Don’t take the blood pressure medicine. Live with arthritis. Don’t take your cholesterol medicine. Or better yet, take the 10 year-old versions of medicines that are only slightly less effective for $4 a month.

There is no crisis.

And 17% could be reduced to 12% with a handful of trivial actions. They have been named. Tort Reform. Interstate competition. Portability. Tax Equalization.

And take another 2% off just by convicting a handful of high-profile Medicare Frauds (aka, Obamy supporters) and sending them to jail for 20 years.

There is no Health Care Crisis. It’s the new pea under the shell.

The “crisis” is the skyrocking increase in corrupt politicians.

The conservative movement needs leaders who will identify REAL problems and propose simple solutions that do not involve new taxes, government programs, or regulations.

Since 1992, free-market health services for cosmetic and lasik eye surgery have increase about 20% less than the CPI.

Insurance based services have increased 40% more than CPI.

So what do our criminal politicians DEMAND.
