Thirteen pensioners killed at Mexican rehab center

Mon Oct 25, 2010

TIJUANA, Mexico (AFP) – Thirteen retirees were shot and killed late Sunday in an execution-style massacre at a Mexican drug rehabilitation center near the border city of Tijuana, a police official told AFP.

The exact reason for the killing was not immediately known but it was apparently linked to a brutal drug war that has claimed thousands of Mexican lives this year.

"There were 13 people killed. They were all recuperating drug addicts," said the police official who spoke on condition of anonymity.

Retirees at a drug rehabilitation center? Gosh, Mexico’s legalization of drug possession is working out better than we thought it would.

According to a witness, gunmen lined up their victims against a wall and executed them in cold blood. There were no wounded.

Perhaps it’s a warning from the drug suppliers to anyone else who might consider giving up their services?

As many as 105 tonnes of marijuana were seized in Tijuana last week in the largest drug bust in Mexican history, and some law enforcement officials suggested Sunday’s killings might have been connected to this event.

The rehabilitation center is located in the same neighborhood where the drugs were seized and destroyed…

Don’t ask, don’t tell.

The narcotics had a value of over 335 million dollars on the Mexican street, but their worth could double or triple if sold in the United States, which the traffickers had been attempting to enter, officials said

After they are carried in by wide-eyed innocents who are just looking for a better life.

The massive haul came after a shootout between Tijuana municipal police officers and gunmen in a convoy of seven vehicles…

But why should we worry? After all, Tijuana is how many miles feet from the US border?

Still, in some years this kind of thing would be an election issue. But apparently not in this year.

Addictive drugs …. THE WAY TO A BETTER TOMORROW!!

Do any of you know from whence came Franklin DELANO Roosevelt’s family fortune?

Franklin’s grandfather Warren Delano had for years waged a ruthless campaign on the Pearl River Delta securing his share of the opium trade (The China Trade). Delano had offices in Canton and Hong Kong. During business hours, Chinese criminals would pay him cash and receive an opium chit. At night, Scrambling Crabs – long, sleek, heavily armed crafts – rowed out into the Pearl River Delta to Delano’s floating warehouses, where they received their opium under the cover of darkness. The profits were enormous, and at his death Delano left his daughter Sara a fortune that she lavished on her only son.

The Delanos were not alone. Many of New England’s great families made their fortunes dealing drugs in China. The Cabot family of Boston endowed Harvard with opium money, while Yale’s famous Skull and Bones society was funded by the biggest American opium dealers of them all – the Russell family. The most famous landmark on the Columbia University campus is the Low Memorial Library, which honors Abiel (Abbot) Low, a New Yorker who made it big in the Pearl River Delta and bankrolled the first cable across the Atlantic. Princeton University’s first big benefactor, John Green, sold opium in the Pearl River Delta with Warren Delano.

The list goes on and on: Boston’s John Murray Forbes’s opium profits financed the career of transcendentalist Ralph Waldo Emerson and bankrolled the Bell Telephone Company. Thomas Perkins founded America’s first commercial railroad and funded the Boston Atenaeum. These wealthy and powerful drug-dealing families combined to create dynasties.

So … the traditions which created Democrat elites appears to have seeped into Mexico.

Or, did I misunderstand the lesson that was thee Kennedys?

    It can’t happen here.

    Nothing to see here!
It is only the result of an evaluation by the official government cost control panel.
These people were too old and sick to justify further government spending on their behalf.

That border picture is quite striking. It looks like the border is a dyke holding back a Mexican tsunami.

Add that to the 12 murdered at the El Paso TX border a few days ago.

It shows how deliberate it that Obama continues to ignore the 2008 Bush order to give more protection at the U.S. borders. Choosing the druggies, the Bill Ayers type, muslim barbaric rituals & discipline, Chicago gangbangers & thugs, has taken any edge off Obama, to care about the lives of U.S.citizens. Look at that illegal self-admitted drug addict muslim roommate Obama had in NYC (aside the L.A. occidental wealthy druggie muslim crowd). The heck with the dangerous ill effect foreigners have in the U.S, as long as they gave him a place to stay and supported him.

Keeping it simple. Obama likes Mexicans, foreigners, every minority better than Americans.

“But mostly they want affirmation that they, too, are Americans. Whenever I appear before immigrant
audiences, I can count on some good-natured ribbing from my staff after my speech; according to them, my remarks always follow a three-part structure: “I am your friend,” “[Fill in the home country] has been a cradle of civilization,” and “You embody the American dream.”
They’re right, my message is simple, for what I’ve come to understand is that my mere presence before these newly minted Americans serve notice that they matter, that they are voters critical to my success…
