ok how many times do progressive socialists have their policies and doctrine fail before everyones eyes and yet idiots keep following them.
this latest TERRORIST attack from a muslim i see as a direct indictment on the failure of progressive policies that they want us all to follow. this poor lil rich terrorist was well educated in universities that are indoctrination centers for progressive ideologies, yet he still became a terrorist despite his exposure to the "enlightened, superior, progressive teachings", because progressives say they are. and they'll tell you it's evil capitalist conservatism that makes terrorists hate so much and they just need to be taught to be good lil progs to guide them to be better people. hah well that plan failed, and on to the next failure that i lay directly on progressive philosophy. we can't profile the people who we have a gut feeling are bad. oh that just makes us racist and hate mongers or whatever. i don't care. call me a racist for feeling the need to question the intentions of a suspicious looking guy cause the jerkoff has more red flags waving over them than anita dunn has during a mao tse tung parade, i'll be happy to be alive and you can call me a racist from the grave. i'm not even counting the big woops when they had the guys who planned this bit in gitmo and we let them out because progressives felt so guilty they were in a country that would allow imprisonment of people who want to mass murder americana.
at this point i think of the progressive doctrine like aids to common sense and reasonable thought. it strips the mind of all defensive reasoning when a threat is set upon it.

I want more.

They should be stripped naked, electrodes attached to their genitalia, put in a detonating room and the switch thrown.

If they're not packing explosives, thank 'em with a complimentary falafel and send them on their way.

If they are, problem solved.

Swee,
Rusty is right. And let us not forget that the people who are now blaming Bush are the same people who have been campaigning for the release of these terrorists from day one. Well, they got their wish and some were released, now we see the folly of that kind of thinking. In my opinion, they are just angry that this gives definitive proof that releasing these terrorists cannot continue, and they were wrong to demand it in the first place.

Should these terrorists still be rotting in prison, yes. Should the Bush admin. have released them, no. Hindsight is 20/20, and the last administration did not have the luxury of playing Monday morning quarterback like this administration. The important questions are: Will Obama learn anything from this? Is he going to continue his diaspora of terrorists from Gitmo, or will he finally realize that we actually have that place for a reason? Will he continue to bring terrorists to US soil and confer citizens' rights on them?

He wanted to 'try a different approach' so he spent a year apologizing to the world for our arrogance and this and that. He bowed to foreign sovereigns. He spoke to the 'muslim world," as he calls it, further emphasizing his weakness. He impuned the heritage of our country, by denying the fact that we are a Christian nation. He refused to stand for the will of the people in Iran. He has failed to stand for the will of the people in Hounduras. He has enabled and emboldened our enemies at every turn and now is a very telling time. Will he continue to blame an administration that has not been in office for a year? Will he continue to denegrate the greatest nation in the history of the world? Will he continue to placate dictators abroad? Or will he find the ghostly outline of his balls and stand up for America?

I truly hope that this attack on our soil will open his eyes and force him to confront the evil he has denied all this time. I fear that his arrogance and pride will prevent him from acknowledging that these people cannot be appeased or satiated with words and gestures, they must be defeated and killed.

"...agreed to send the two terrorists from Guantanamo to Saudi Arabia where they entered into an "art therapy rehabilitation program" and were set free... "

For today's class in Dada, we make exploding underwear...

But seriously, what is the Saudi's responsibility in this? Part of their release deal was that the Saudis would take over these guys' detention and "rehab". So they give them a mickey mouse class and then say "Ok, no one's looking, beat it."? No probation officers? No regular reports? Nothing?

Al-Wahishi (aka)... among 23 al-Qaida figures who escaped from a Yemeni prison in 2006.

The group has been blamed for attacks in Yemen, including an assault against the U.S. embassy in the capital, San'a, and suicide bombings targeting South Korean visitors.

Swee, 1. We knew way back of Gitmo prisoners released, rejoining Al-Qaeda, and it should have been the end, but
2. First thing Obama did in office is release A-Qaeda terrorists responsible for attacking and killing U.S. soldiers on U.S. boat.
3. Obama has released more Gitmo prisoners, some of them basking in the Bahamas.
4. Obama is bringing them into the U.S. to try them, and give them U.S. citizen's rights, which is insane.

5.This won't change Obama's mind because in spite of Hasan's terroirst murderous rampage on Ft. Hood, he has found to have shared ties with Umar Abdulmtallan terrorist attacker on Flight 253...

6. Obama's recent speech 3 days late, Obama called this "incident" and "ISOLATED EXTREMIST" an "ALLEDGED" "ATTEMPT TO DETONATE"
A bomb.

7. Witnesses are saying the flames were 6' tall.
That he had 80 grams of an expolosive that only 50 grams would have been enough to blow a hole clear through that jet.

Obama is a habitual pathological bold-faced LIAR, THIEF, CON-ARTIST, SWINDLER, CHEATER, @ TRAITOR, to the United States of America, whom he has hated his entire life. It is IMPOSSIBLE for this President who wants total control over the military, when he can't give it or any other issue in this country the time of the day.

Obama is a evil, to make the lawmakers many on Chief of military positions, to protect us, deal with the democrats 24/7 push for medical to get passed before Christmas.
It's just plain evil, of Obama to do this. And Obama better understand there is a higher power, the highest power reigns over this country, Who is watching every move Obama makes. And he can intervene with this evil side of Obama being. We may be weak, but when we are weak, the Lord is at his strongest. He can do all things, and with God all & everything is possible in ways we could never imagine.

It is time to fully discriminate against Muslims, in particular men between 18 and 36, since EVERY SINGLE TERRORIST ATTACK on our soil has been committed by such. They need to all be fully frisked and screened, for example, before boarding a plane. There needs to be a separate line for them.

No need to explain away anything. That would imply rationalization. What it DOES indicate is that it is a monumental mistake to release radical muslims back out into the world where they can ply their trade of death and destruction. Doesn't matter which administration does it. If it was a mistake for the Bush administration to do it, then it's a mistake for the Obama administration to do it.

National security should never know any party affiliation or loyalty. The only loyalty or affiliation necessary is to the American people and ALL politicians are (supposedly) entrusted to that end. At the very least they are charged with same. "To uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States" are not just words you say to "get all the good stuff" like limos and catered lunches and personal secretaries all paid for by those same people.

If when watching a football game, when a team makes a monumental mistake and loses serious yardage, the commentators are not too forgiving. Then, if the opposing team makes the same monumental mistake, there is no real favoritism, the criticism still comes out. News agencies should be just as fair, if not moreso. We know that they aren't. We know that we'll never hear the end of "Bush lied, people died" blah blah blah, ad infinitum, ad nauseum. But there was a time when people thought for themselves rather than have Peter Jennings, Catie and Brian and all the liberal rags do it for them. They could smell a stinker coming with more discrimination.

So, there is no need to try to explain anything away. It was a mistake to release those two people then, as it is now. This is what conservative Americans have been saying for years now. Even during the Bush years.

National security should never know any party affiliation or loyalty. The only loyalty or affiliation necessary is to the American people and ALL politicians are (supposedly) entrusted to that end. At the very least they are charged with same. “To uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States” are not just words you say to “get all the good stuff” like limos and catered lunches and personal secretaries all paid for by those same people.

If when watching a football game, when a team makes a monumental mistake and loses serious yardage, the commentators are not too forgiving. Then, if the opposing team makes the same monumental mistake, there is no real favoritism, the criticism still comes out. News agencies should be just as fair, if not moreso. We know that they aren’t. We know that we’ll never hear the end of “Bush lied, people died” blah blah blah, ad infinitum, ad nauseum.

Yes, the Bush bashers are out on this one 'cuz two of the leaders were released from Gitmo in November '07 while George W. was in office. How do we explain away this one?
