It’s obvious what the issue is here; they’re worried (and rightly so) that Obama will simply let them walk.

It’s hard to be a “martyr” when you’re released with perhaps even an apology and offers to pursue a civil lawsuit against your captors!

How is being found innocent in a court of law “fighting the Great Satan” and “glorifying Allah?” How do you get your 72 virgins if your lawyer wins an eight figure “settlement” from the United States government for your “mistreatment” and “torture?”

These idiots think that just because The One ™ won the election – that they will walk – in other words -they don’t want to be judged by the very military that they attempted to kill. I would love the Bush Administration to accept the pleas and order the sentencing to the very next day and death to be the verdict handed down.

You know two can play this game of give me what I want – these losers think that they are being slick – since they believe all the msm hype that The One ™ wants them to go to Podunk Iowa for their trial and be adjudged by John Q Citizen (who wouldn’t know a terrorist if they smacked them) – in other words to be set free. Too bad that won’t be happening at all.

I still hope that Qitmo has a ‘riot’ that has to be quelled, oh say about Jan 19th. Teach those losers a real lesson about messing with a ‘cowboy’ and America.
