Abu Ghraib Inmates Sue Contractors In US
From a delighted Associated Press:
Abu Ghraib inmates sue contractors, claim torture
HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) — Former detainees of the Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq are suing U.S. contractors in four states for alleged torture.
The first complaint was filed Monday in U.S. District Court in Seattle. Others are being filed in Detroit; Columbus, Ohio; and Greenbelt, Maryland.
The complaints allege that innocent people who were arrested and taken to the prison were subjected to forced nudity, electrical shocks, mock executions and other inhumane treatment by employees of defense contractors CACI (KAK-ee) International and L-3 Communications, formerly Titan Corporation.
The plaintiffs are represented by law firms in Philadelphia and Detroit and by the Center for Constitutional Rights.
Nice to see our old friends, the Communist front Center For Constitutional Rights are keeping true to their America-hating, enemy aiding roots.

It makes no sense that foriegns, especially terrorists have “constitutional rights according to these nuts who at the same time try and strip the actual citizens of the US of our rights.

Someone needs to publish the name of every American, who is aiding every one of these Anti American terrorists

Geez, some guys pay serious cash money to be treated like this in SanFran…..Anyhow, how legally sophisticated are these mutts? Never put it past some lawyers to make a buck….AND impress some vegetarian “bush lied, kids died” “carbon neutral” chick at the next cocktail party…..

Agreed, and I think a list of the lawyers wanting to represent these slime balls should be top priority.
If Danielle Allen has the time maybe she could put that razor sharp pin head to work on it, HUH?
Oh yeah, never mind.
And lawyers wonder why men like me hate getting one stuck to the bottom of my shoe.

Can we send the bills to the SC justices who voted for this nonsense? The SC is afloat in a vast sea of feelings, penumbras and emanations.
The problem for the SC is the same problem Comrade Obama is having, the more you freelance, the more twisted up in your own freelancing you become.
The SC should try the model laid down in the Heller decisions, stick to the original intent, that will be a whole lot less confusing for you.

This has got to be an April fool’s joke.
Where do they find these lawyers?
These people at Gitmo and Abu Ghraib were treated too good!

Now the contractors get to tell their side of the story, something the government probably prevented them from doing so far under national security guidelines.

I wonder if anyone has given any thought to the possibility of a long range shooter grinning from ear to ear because he and his team will have access to these insurgents that heretofore was not possible due to their stay at the Gitmo Holiday IslamINN…..
with a nod and a wink from the men escorting them to their sham show trials….after they have been fawned over by Supreme Court Justices who hope to get autographs and a pat on the head from the muslims they so dearly love and admire.
They will be here. NOT there. Right here. Anything is possible now that the SC has given them citizenship and tax free status…..plus a house, a car, a bank account, and a free pass from being arrested for anything, and the right to own Americans as slaves…..and the absolute right to murder United States citizens, and protection by police, secret service, military police, hired bodyguards…and given a status that ordinary citizens can only dream of…..and certainly never afford.l.
I wonder why our own military didnt protect the rights of the Haditha Marines as fervently as they are these vermin. Our own boys had to make do with what they were given, and they were adjudicated guilty by congress, by the media, by everyone who heard the name haditha..and they had to prove their innocence….
and these pricks who were picked up on the battlefield shooting at, or bombing, or sniping, or mortaring our guys are given this kind of treatment…..is it any wonder that someone would wait for an opportunity to show them real justice?
Suing your captors? There comes a time when people need to say enough….this is one of those times. Might I suggest that since the rules of engagement allow one to be sued for shooting back, I would highly recommend that no prisoners whatsoever be allowed from the engagement in the future.
(for those not familiar with my writing style…..sarcasm, innuendo, opinion. in that order.)

Osama must be thrilled…
The Liberal Insanity continues…
Pelosi and Reid supporters on display.
No wonder why the Terrorists openly back Democrat Partisans for election victories in the USA.

On one side–if they truly were innocent, then they were definitely abused and I don’t have a problem with them getting some money out of it…. Not the millions they’re doubtless demanding, but some.
On the other, the solution, especially now that the Supreme Court has decided that terrorists captured on the battlefield automatically become American citizens, is to never capture any.
We won’t have to worry about what’s being done in Abu Graib if there’s nobody IN Abu Graib, and dead terrorists can’t sue anybody.
