There is a right to property.

The privacy crap is a head fake to displace and undermine the right to property.

My husband and I have had to travel to Orlando (about an hour drive) several times to stand in line like cattle and be allowed entrance to prove we were married lawfully, have a REAL marriage, have roots ie bought a house that we both live in, have bank accounts etc etc.

I had to sign a promise to make sure that I would not allow him to get to the point of being on the US tab. That means welfare, medicaid etc etc. That until he becomes a citizen I must provide all support if he can’t/won’t. All fair enough…we find that as it should be. (Of course I never have had to…he’s a hard worker ;-D )

But compare that with the illegals that can get anything they want! Makes no sense what so ever.

We were very lucky. We knew we were getting married and did so, which allowed him to stay until his status could be documented. That was in 1999. Right after 9/11/2001 they changed the law that said the alien partner would have to return to their native country until their status could be upgraded. That could take years….That’s doing it by the law. But if that’s the law, then it’s the law. There was good reason for it after 9/11. We just happened to be lucky in timing.

However these illegals just waltz over and get everything. Jobs, driver’s lic, public housing, welfare, education, health-care. What a great country we live in.

Do it right, by the law and they will punish you. Do it illegally, and we’ll give you everything, with no danger of punishment.

Heck, if we’re going to apply Constitutional rights to non-citizens and “privacy” for criminal acts why not go all the way and make sure they can hold American property, too? The Bill of Rights has a specific amendment about that one – for citizens only, but who’s counting? And the Mexican flag rallies must be celebrated too. Give them free health care while we’re at it and only ride the legal citizens for tax revenue. Keep the undocumented content until the next amnesty program comes along. That about sums up the liberal agenda. Appease, ignore, and recruit. Ta-da, another voting bloc for the left.

Oh, my goodness….many illegal immigrants from Latin America are of Latin America descent! Surprise! The sky is falling. Now it’s racist to note the obvious when searching for undocumented persons (and for the record, I have a parent, a legal citizen, from l.a.).

And ANYBODY (citizen or not) who has a problem with this activity described above … needs to LEAVE WITH THE ILLEGALS!

But I have never once heard one of them cry out for social justice IN THEIR HOME COUNTRIES so that they don’t have to leave it. It is always the US that is made out to be the big bad monster (where the illegals come for a new and better life).

Well DUH! Where do you suppose the majority of our illegals come from? Here on the northern border we get more Europeans especially former Soviet bloc, Middle Easterns and Asians than Latinos but down south they are about 99.8% of those who enter illegally. And by sheer volume it is about a 500 to 1 ratio. The average large station like El Paso or Laredo average about 1000 or more apps a day. We’re lucky to do that in a year.

ENTRY WITHOUT INSPECTION IS A CRIME: In fact, pursuant to 8 U.S.C. 1325, crossing the border illegally is a crime–a misdemeanor for the first offense and a felony for the second and subsequent offenses.

As you can see, they are all criminals, most likely felons. I still don’t understand how these dim-libs can keep screaming about the illegal’s rights. As far as profiling goes, we use it because it works, plain and simple. We need to close the borders, round up all of them and deport them, then we can consider LEGAL immigration again.

So they can’t be deported unless they’re arrested. And they can’t be arrested unless they’re “targeted” in a warrant. And they can’t be targeted because they’re undocumented. And even if they were arrested, nothing ever happens, it’s just a game of catch-and-release.

So . . . . Untold millions of drifters and criminals, each with his own portfolio of papers, changing identities willy-nilly, laughing at the system. If they can just hang on for a few more weeks, they’ll get free nationalized health care. Oh, wait a minute . . . they’ve already got that!

And . . . . If they just hang on another six months or so, there will be another one-time-only amnesty. And then they will all be on the path to citizenship, because their papers will be well in order, thanks to veteran forgers like Luis Martinez-Flores (or whatever his real name is) and lawyers from the Immigration Justice Clinic at Yeshiva University.

But what about disability? If each migrant has twenty sets of papers, does that mean twenty Social Security checks? And twenty votes?!

The wheels have come off of America. In a few more years the entire country will be Californiaized––overrun, conquered, bankrupted, and broken beyond repair.

I put illegals right next to burglars. Both are sneaky thieves. Both break in to places they are not suppose to be!
Pot smokers go to jail. Thieves and some con artist go to jail. White and Blue collar criminals go to jail. Americans of all colors and persuasions go to jail if they break the law. But because you jump our border illegally ….. you are automatically given a by your leave and the police are expected to look the other way!!
