AP Photo Shows Obama Listed As A Muslim

An interesting photograph from Tatan Syuflana of the Associated Press:

This registration document, made available on Jan. 24, 2007, by the Fransiskus Assisi school in Jakarta, Indonesia, shows the registration of Barack Obama under the name Barry Soetoro into the Catholic school made by his step-father, Lolo Soetoro. The document lists Barry Soetoro as a Indonesian citizen, born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, and shows his Muslim step-father listed the boy’s religion as Islam.(AP Photo/ Tatan Syuflana)

Of course the fact that the young Barack Obama was enrolled in a Catholic school as a Muslim is old news.

Nedra Pickler, of the Associated Press, wrote about it back in January 2007:

At first, Obama attended the Catholic school, Fransiskus Assisis, where documents showed he enrolled as a Muslim, the religion of his stepfather.

The document required that each student choose one of five state-sanctioned religions when registering — Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Catholic or Protestant. Gibbs said he wasn’t sure why the document had Obama listed as a Muslim.

Though this information has been assiduously soft-pedaled by our watchdog media.

Indeed, this photograph, which the Associated Press has had in its possession for eight months, is just another indication as to just how much they have sought to downplay these inconvenient details.

Of course AP has a history of sitting on embarrassing photos of the anointed one. And who knows what else they are keeping from us.

Also, do note the artful construction in the caption. You see, it was Barry’s “Muslim father” who said his son was a Muslim.

Obviously the AP are experts at forensics or reading the minds of dead people.
