Looks like the Lions Club has joined the Obama’s united we serve team.

It is “managed” by Douglas Phelps who is Chair and Pres of http://www.environmentamerica.org which is by another step related to the “WE campaign” or “REpower America” through Rob Sargent, who’s wife is a Harvard director of human resources.

There is a startling similarity in the ADS being used by the health care folks, and the “REpower folks..”

I am still working on the direct connection.

Said no fees will be charged. I think it’s for a major photo-op shoot, a lure to make it easy for vast crowds in fetal positions, fists clasped together in prayer and worship to the great SOB. The Son of Beast wants to recreate Hitler’s crowds for his scrap book and movie.

Keep us up-to-date on what happens there. I’ll be very interested if you can stop them from using government facilities to hold a partisan rally. I mean, we can’t even hold a Bible study at my school…

1) The Obama folks are inviting people (spamming) them to go to Republican senators and bug them in their actual offices. The note from one invite is near the bottom below.

2) More disturbingly, Democrats are creating partisan health care training events at government locations. I found a partisan Health Care event at a government entity in Sumter, SC. The problem is the health care event is to train volunteers to spread the message about how to promote the Obama agenda.

I told the organizer that it is not correct to hold a politically partisan event at a government location. The place is at the Regional Transit Authority of the Sumter region.

This is what I got back:

Jim I can not identify you as a volunteer with the Sumter Chapter of Volunteers for Change? Do you have another name or which team are you on? Who invited you? VFC is a civic group of volunteers and is not open to the public. I can not even identify you as a registered voter in Sumter, Please contact me with more information about yourself and your affiliation, if you plan to attend this training event. We welcome all volunteers that have a common agenda, but someone in Sumter must nominate you for membership.

The location of the event was scheduled by a volunteer team leader that works for the RTA. It is a volunteer meeting and not a political meeting. If you have any questions about the venue please call me directly.

I have emailed back that I am reporting him to the Regional Transit Authority, the newspaper in town, The Sumter Item and the Democratic Party of SC. I also told him I am passing it along to the SC GOP.

I explained to him this was not proper: you cant hold a politically motivated event at a government location — even if someone who works there has organized it!!! Unbelievable!!
