Actually, we wouldn’t call these bad paintings.

For they do capture much of Mr. Obama’s ‘essence.’ (Especially the one with the Mexican flag flying atop the White House.)

Which is the goal of real art, after all.

    I would hang the one with the Mexican flag in my powder room, it’s quite apropos.

    Just wait! Next will come oversize statues of The One with the outstretched hand. Don’t laugh, I’m sure in San Fran some pothead artist is thinking it up right now and saying, “dude, wouldn’t it be so cool”.

    I can’t for the life of me figure out how and why anyone would compare this guy to Lincoln? Other than being from the same state, name five things Obama has done other than be black?

      L: polarized the nation and brought it to civil war; O: we’re close!
      L: was married to an ugly woman with mental problems: O: Ditto.
      L: was a lawyer, but a bad one; O: Ditto.
      L: has rhetorical flourish, but limited experience in the weighty matters of state; O: Ditto
      L: was shot at a play; O: made a play that shot the economy.
      L: trampled the constitution to meet a national crisis; O: created a national crisis to trample the constitution.
      L: compared to and characterized as an ape; O: let’s not go there!

      I personally see a lot of parallels…

      Brad, I was asking myself that very question today. I can’t for the life of me figure out how he thinks he can compare with Lincoln. Or what he has ever done that would even come close to a comparison.

    Wow. In more than a few of these, he appears to be a pimp.

    Is that a White House “grill” I spy?

    My personal favorite is the “green” one. It should really represent a Martian because I still can’t figure out what planet he came from.

    Personally……the Great Seal of the Mexican Chicken flag over the White House is a bit much….but it beats the Sickle & Hammer Red flag he sleeps under.

    Its not only paintings of “the one”

    I went into a large fabric chain today and up on the shelf that held the fleece (really appropriate place for it) there was a whole bolt of blanket fleece that had a large picture of our “dear leader” with “44th president” under his likeness.

    I nearly gagged!

    What idiot would want to lay under THAT?!

    In a few Asian countries, 4 is a bad luck number. Obama is the 44th President. I wonder what his Chinese symbol would look like?
