US Precision Air Strike Kills Afghan Civilians

More of this propaganda tactic from the terrorist supporters at BBC NEWS:

Afghans ‘wounded in air strike’

About 50 Afghan civilians have been wounded in an air strike by US-led forces on a group of Taleban leaders holding a meeting in Helmand province.

Witnesses have told the BBC that a large number of civilians were killed.

The attack on Thursday night reportedly targeted Dadullah Mansour, the group’s military commander in the south, and Abdul Rahim, its commander in Helmand.

The Afghan defence ministry said its intelligence reports indicated three militants, including Rahim, had died.

Officials are trying to confirm if Dadullah Mansour, the brother of the late Taleban military commander, Mullah Dadullah, was among those killed.

The Taleban leaders had gathered to watch the public execution of two people on charges of co-operating with the government, ministry spokesman Gen Zahir Azimi said.

‘Precision airstrike’

The US-led military coalition could not confirm Gen Azimi’s account, but confirmed it had conducted an airstrike against “two notorious Taleban commanders” in a remote area of Baghran district in northern Helmand.

During a sizable meeting of senior Taliban commanders, coalition forces employed precision-guided munitions on their location after ensuring there were no innocent Afghans in the surrounding area,” the coalition statement said.

The coalition gave no word of casualties, but a BBC reporter in the provincial capital, Lashkar Gah, says about 50 people were admitted to hospital there with injuries.

The injured said they had been at a market when the bombardment happened and that there had been a large number of civilian deaths…

Weirdly, other articles on this event feature headlines about the attacks killing hundreds of Taliban, including several important leaders.

Yet the message from the BBC and the rest of the terrorist supporting media is that the US deliberately uses its “precision air strike” to kill civilians.

But they aren’t on the side of the terrorists or anything.

The Taleban leaders had gathered to watch the public execution of two people on charges of co-operating with the government, ministry spokesman Gen Zahir Azimi said.

This is what the BBC calls “holding a meeting.”

And of course the BBC reporter (who may or may not have been a member of Hamas or some other terrorist group) could tell at a glance that all of these people were “civilians.”

The Taliban are so famous for their distinctive uniforms.

Too bad……hang out around enemy combatants and you die when those combatants are taken out. Perfect execution by our guys. I just wish we would do it more often and when asshats asked stupid questions, the answer should be: “Shit Collateral damage happens. If you don’t want to die, don’t be in the Taliban’s neighborhood.”

Exactly right WI, You are judged by those you associate with.

Azimi questioned this figure and stated “Even if there were civilians, there were very few of them. Their number would not reach 10.”

Ok, I guess this guy isnt on the BBC’s payroll…..if you read the BBC accounts of anything concerning terrorists……they always emphatically state that civilians were killed. Well, there were civilians killed~!! Every last one of those pigs who gathered to watch the executions of alleged collaborators were civilians! They are citizens of Afghanistan, so of course, not being in the Afghan military, they are civilians. Armed, bloodthirsty psychopathic murderers, but still civilians!

So the BBC has it right, there were civilians killed by a precision air strike carried out on Taliban civilians who were gathered to murder someone they didnt like. The only thing they didnt get right was the fact that people who were there, who arent paid shills for the BBC, got the facts out first, and we know, yet again, that the BBC is an ardent supporter of Islamic terrorism worldwide, and one of terror’s most prolific enablers.

The next precision air strike should be right down the elevator shaft of the BBC headquarters in London, and the subsequent searching out and destruction of it’s “reporters”. They are in fact, valid targets due to their unending and almost pious support of the Taliban murderers. They too, will have to answer to the victors in the upcoming war by terror…..and they will not be getting what they think they deserve. In my opinion, once a journalist stops reporting the facts, and introduces blatant propaganda and opinions designed to fit their agenda….they become proxy terrorists, and should be killed with not so proxy bullets. Just me, but I think they are disgusting.

Islamic terrorists are gutless, spineless cowards in that they never wear a uniform that identifies their belonging to anything close to an army. They rant and rave whenever a TV camera or one of their collaborator media buddies turn up, but as soon as the munitions start to fly they run like the cockroaches they are, back into their dust holes, only to put their AKs down and come out again as civilians. Kill ‘em all I say.

And let God sort them out.

Islamic Terrorists are also known for having women, children, old men and other civilians in close proximity. That way, if they are attacked, they not only have “civilian casualties” but also willing accomplices who are more than glad to photograph the wounded.

This kind of garbage is getting people killed. It’s a shame the BBC knows and admits its liberalism and then does nothing about it.

Whoa!! Hold up. My newspaper said something different. It says why the kid got hurt.
    It’s on Yahoo
    http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/200.....hcDWEBxg8F
“The attacks in Helmand province’s Baghran district struck militants who had gathered to watch the hanging of two men accused by the Taliban of spying for the government, said Gen. Mohammad Zahir Azimi, the Defense Ministry spokesman.
Villagers had come out from their homes to watch the hanging organized by the Taliban when the bombs fell, he said.”
Oh well then, should have stayed home.

  9. DGA

That wound on the kid’s chest is probably from the butt of his AK as it got blown against him in one of the blasts. Stupid boy, he should know to throw his AK quickly and revert back to being a box-of-rocks-dumb ‘innocent’ islamic kid again.

I don’t understand why the MSM didn’t run the story with the same headline; it certainly fits their agenda as well.

  11. Gila Monster

Seems the minions of the Taliban, the BBC, AP, Reuters, etc, exaggerated their claims just a bit.
Hmmm, well actually, they just outright lied. From the Jawa Report:

    http://mypetjawa.mu.nu/archives/188969.php

Remember the 200 -300 civilians that were allegedly killed by a U.S. airstrike against top Taliban leaders? The Taliban claimed that what the U.S. really bombed was a busy market. Upon checking the claims of heavy civilian casualties, NATO investigated. Number of actual civilians killed: ZERO.

Can we expect a retraction from the MSM? Yeah, right, when pigs fly..!!

I’m astonished that the BBC even allowed the word ‘precision’ into the article. Usually liberals prefer to use terms like “carpet bombing” when they are spreading their anti-US propaganda.

Incidentally, a search for the phrase “Precision Weapons United States” in Google yields links to a sickening moonbat website: http://www.cursor.org/

    The homepage says:
“President Bush falsely asserted that Iran “has proclaimed its desire to build a nuclear weapon,” and blamed the Taliban for civilian casualties in Afghanistan.”

So we are off to a good start, aren’t we?

But it gets worse. There are lots of links to other moonbat sites such as the ACLU and world socialism websites. To remind you what the ACLU are about, they are the people fighting for pagan tombstones to be allowed in US military cemeteries! Ironically, a link to a “world socialism” website sits just above a “democracy now” website. The world socialism website links to articles about Trotsky etc. The homepage also has articles claiming that Rush Limbaugh is a fascist etc.

I actually can’t read any more of this site.
I am not joking - I genuinely feel nauseous!

It’s only over the last few years that I have really begun to understand the fifth column growing in the US!
(I’m from the UK, so you have to excuse me … I already live in liberal-land)

Fellow conservatives … please fight the insidious fifth column growing in the land of the free!
