In the last phrase of that video snippet, Biden says, "...kinda like our Articles of Confederation." What is with this jello-brain's understanding of history?! Our Founding Fathers wrote the Constitution as an implicit REJECTION of the Articles of Confederation, because they WERE NOT WORKING! And he wants to hold up this FAILED piece of our history as a model for the new Iraqi Government? He's like a Henny Youngman sketch - he just doesn't stop! (Oh, my sides!) OMG!
