I divorced my ex and he never paid the first red cent toward child support. I had to raise the kids completely on my own with no help from him. I finally sued in in civil court...after chasing him around the country...17 years later and got a judgement...The original $35,000 back childsupport...with all those years of interest...came up to a Quarter Million dollars...and the interest is continuing to mount. I have a lein against his home...all he owns is a house...but he'll have to meet his maker for me to collect.
