Sacramento is waiting for California's piece of the bailout. Local print medias are gushing about how no doubt the chosen one (not capitalized on purpose!) is going to take better care of California versus previous presidential administrations.

If only Washington, D.C. made good on reimbursing this state for what it spends on illegals (because securing the border is something the federal government is responsible for!) we'd be in much better shape.

However, I am smart enough to know that isn't happening.

Right now I'm claiming 9 exemptions; that's the most you can claim without providing some kind of proof that you're entitled to that many. In order to claim "exempt" you have to have shown that you had no tax liability the previous year (unless they changed the law from when I was able to do this after my divorce in 1985). Great idea if you can get away with it, tho!

Here's an idea for all the working California residents out there currently getting reamed by the state. Stop paying your state withholding taxes. Go to your HR Dept. on Tuesday AM and claim exempt on your state income tax until your expected refund amount is reached.

Companies doing work for the state should also halt all subsequent state work and projects until they get paid.

If enough private citizens were to do this, maybe, just maybe, those idiots in Sacramento would get the clue they have to abandon these ridiculous stop-gap measures and truly cut their out of control state spending.
Friggin' morons, .....grumble, grumble.....

Can these vendors place liens on the state? It might be a cheap way to get some beachfront property.

Don't get me started with the sanctuary city crap (San Francisco is one such place). Google "Edwin Ramos" and "Bologna family" for a prime example of just how much a sanctuary city can do for illegals.

I guest blog on a friend's crime website every so often. This is a summary of the Bologna Family murder:
http://sprocket-trials.blogspot.com/search/label/Edwin%20Ramos

And here are a few editorials about crimes by illegals, and the non-consequences:

If Hollywood ponied up 1/100th of their off-shore loot, this problem would be solved and the little children could continue with their communist indoctrination programs.

It's a wonder that no one speaks the words illegal aliens, just stealing the jobs and money that Californians used to have. Soon to go nationwide with their theft ring.

This is why I claim the maximum allowable exemptions...I never wanted to give the government a free loan, so my income tax refunds are generally small.

Rest assured you Cali tax payers: just take comfort in knowing your tax dollars and overpayments will be going to a better cause: medical, food stamps, and housing for the illegal - doesn't it just warm your heart?
