“At one time I bought the story that torture was bad…” I can’t say that I ever “bought” it but I do think it can be counter-productive, in that it gives every msm terrorist enabler a chance to climb on his moral high horse and lecture us and it creates a cheap moral equivalence in some people’s minds, that is not in our interest.

The French used torture in Algeria, and I mean the real deal -not the pussy ass stuff we did – and yes, it worked tactically and in the short term but strategically and in the long term it did great damage to their cause. In war, as in life, you need to be careful about doing that things which seem to make sense at the time but which will have really negative long term effects. Example: during World War One it made good sense to the Germans for them to practice unrestricted submarine warfare and sink anything that sailed but it helped alienate them from world opinion and ultimately it brought the US into the war and that was the end for them.

Rush Limbaugh has issued a ‘challenge’ to MSNBC not to mention him or use his name – to stop their attempt to get any ratings at all using his fame – So yesterday he played a clip where a female person (can’t bring myself to call any of them commentators and certainly not newscasters) – was talking around using the Rush word and the male person with her said ‘Rush Limbaugh, Rush, Limbaugh, Rush Limbaugh’ there I said it. Talk about 100% infantile.

And these are the people in charge of our msm and government right now – from a smarmy little petty prez who purposely delays his ‘press’ conference to interfere with a former VPs speech to this idiot who acted like a 4 year old.

God Help America.
