Sheehanjihad, I gladly defer to your expertise.

In one sense, I feel a little bit bad for my phonetic phrasing but on the other hand I was trying, perhaps in a very weak way, to make a bigger point. I’ll leave it alone.

Suffice to say, as Reality very nicely put it, there are bigger ways and bigger reasons to skewer this new manifestation of simmering ignorance. I could only watch “the press conference” (pronounced “heavily staged embarrassment”) for only seconds tonight and it only served to prove that what appeared to be missing was about 150 used cars.

And, why did the anointed one feel so compelled to get on national TV and sell something that, for all intents and purposes, is a done deal anyhow?

Now that the bill will be passed, I’m kind of ticked because I think Walmart will be out of brown shirts before I can get there. I was too slow to realize and I may now be left out of “the party”.

Oh well…no matter…..I can order a Rosetta Stone disc for learning Arabic and maybe that will save me in the not-too-distant future, eh?

I worked for the Border Patrol for quite some time, all on the northern border. Here are some scary stats to ponder. Approximately 95 – 98% of the illegals who come from Mexico and points south are just people doing it for economic reasons, either looking for work or welfare with the remainder being criminal aliens, smugglers, muggers, thuggers, murderers and thieves. The northern border is the exact opposite. Nearly 98% who cross illegally are criminals including terrorists. The northern border, although they are spending considerably more than before, still is understaffed and under funded.

Callgirl9, you are correct, since Canada is still part of the “British Empire” what little remains of it, you don’t need a passport to go from one part of the “empire” to another. Until the commies took it over, Hong Kong was part of the empire and we used to get bunches of illegals who would first travel legally to Canada from HK then slip over the border. It was a real problem until the commies stopped the travel. The jihadis in the UK scare the crap out of me. Here in Vermont, you see more and more middle eastern faces when even ten years ago, they were a rarity and I know they aren’t here for the skiing. Lock and load, its going to get worse before it gets better. 10-7

Christians and Conservatives need to stop getting in the way of Extremist Islamists, and Extremist Liberals. Both groups are salivating at the prospect of destroying each other.

HOWEVER

Republicans, moderates, level-headed Christians and the like, are stepping in the middle and getting beat down by both extremist groups. THE ANSWER?

Let the Islamists destroy Godless marxism and communism.
Let the Islamists destroy abortion.
Let the Islamists stamp-out homosexual rallies.
Let the Islamists fight the feminists.
Let the Islamists crush animal rights activists.
Let the Islamists stick their religion into the face of the liberals at their work place, schools, library, gov’t offices, let them argue with each other.

The 2 extremes hate each other, why are we moderating this inevitable fight? We should be helping 1 antagonize the other.

Folks, the simplest way to put it for us Americans, “we in some deep shit now”! I’m not sure who coined this phrase first but it seemed appropriate for this article. This photo shows that we the people have been “too secure” the past 7-1/2 years and with good reason. Now our security blanket is gone and we’ve been covered with a fishnet. Remember how everyone was after 9/11? Up until the attacks, we were “happy go lucky” with not much to worry about. Then came the attacks. We were ALL SCARED, then we got mad, then we got extremely cautious, then back to happy go lucky. It is time to be extremely cautious again. I’m no soothsayer and I’m not saying danger’s just around the corner but I think it could be up the road a ways. These guys won’t stop trying if we are “happy go lucky”.

What scares me most about this whole thing is (as far as I know) it’s pretty easy to get into Canada from the UK.

And we do underestimate the dangers that can come in from the northern border. I know I rant and rave about the southern border, which of course costs the U.S. millions of dollars in services for illegals. But it sure looks like the real threat to national security could come from Canada if it fails to properly check out everyone trying to get in …

It appears that Obama is to busy to take a breath and focus on the real threat to this country. We are going back to the Clinton era, in which the CIA complained profusely that Clinton would not meet. The terrorists grew, Clinton covered up the middle eastern backing the OKC bombing. With all the criminal and sexual crims the Clintons were involved in, the FBI and CIA were last people Clinton wanted anything to do with. Bush and America were blindsided, since there was no accountability while Clinton, who continues to recieve donations from the Middle East, something that Obama has allowed to continue, inspite of Hillary’s appointment. And then this article in Austrailia 5 days ago, shows terrorisim is everywhere. A 7 month trial, isn’t too bad compared to our trails taking years, and God help us if the terrorist prisoners from Guantanamo Bay are brought to this country where it will costs billions. Republican Senator Inhofe from Oklahoma has an amendment in, to disclude the paying of these trials for terrorists from the 800 billion spending. Noticed along with the sweat beads during Obama’s speech at the Demo Party Retreat party, Obama made a bizarre chesture with that Clinton pointing finger, which ended with his chewing his nail.
