A damp, in your bones kind of cold. Ha...I love it...her own pea sized brain is going to get the best of her. We can expect no less...or more... from her. Maybe she will join the other crazys who set up protest camps across the street from the WH in that pretty little park..;You know the one...where the bums accost the toursists for sitting on "their" benches...I mean they need their sleep. " Because Chicago is just too cold! I suspect she has never spent a winter in DC. It can be even more miserable there. While Chicago can be cold, DC can spend weeks at 33 degrees and raining in the winter. I will take cold and dry over raining and just barely above freezing any day. I suspect she has never spent a winter in DC. It can be even more miserable there. While Chicago can be cold, DC can spend weeks at 33 degrees and raining in the winter.
