Yes, but if pro-lifers try to sue to overturn the abortion referendums that lost, the left would be apopleptic.

Remember folks: When the MAJORITY votes how liberals want, it’s okay. When liberals are in the minority, it’s time to sue.

When the MAJORITY votes conservatively, liberals are angry. When conservatives are in the MINORITY, liberals don’t care and the will of the majority must be respected.

When I lived in California citizens had the power of initiatives, referendums, and recall (we recalled the Chief Justice Rose Bird when she refused to uphold the death penalty). But before I left I had noticed things already going astray. The degenerate left are like spoiled children that have to have their way. I have little doubt that “gay marriage” will be legal in California soon. Their only real dilemma is that many illegals oppose it. The Heathen State begs for God’s wrath.

That is a common fallacy. We live in a Republic, not a Democracy. Our founders decided that Democracy was actually a pretty evil form of government, it is basically mob rule. But having said that, our state constitution says that a majority of the voters can approve an amendment by popular vote. And this is the *second* time we have done so on the same issue. The court shot it down the first time, too.

That is right gipper, the ACLU is a communist organization that believes in destroying American democracy by using the freedoms we have against us. Unfortunately there are many many stupid people who believe they do good work and encourage such attacks on our way of life.
