Perfectly understandable.

Mr. Conyors lifetime of criminal political activities hardly prepares him to see when his wife is doing the same.

And besides, he’s 80 years old. Who could expect a senile man to be aware of his wife’s activities.

He’s too busy writing legislation that will affect every breath we take and every morsel we eat for the next 100 years.
