I just gave some background on Major Carlson. He was considered a loose cannon, as was Pappy Boyington (Black Sheep Squadron). Major Carlson had an unproven idea but forged ahead with it and this is why today Marine Recon is the Creme de la Creme of the Corps. ( Swift, Silent, Deadly)

Major Carlson, USMC put together the Raider Battalion during WWII. He coined the words “Gung Ho” which is Chinese for “working together” as a rallying cry for the special, hand picked Marines. These Marines trained in behind the lines commando tactics.
Carlson’s Raiders sneaked up on the Japanese in the middle of the night and raised hell on Makin Island. Killing scores of Japs and destroying the radio relay station there.

This is the stuff of which legends are made.

Let’s cozy up to Mao’s red book and forget the millions of artists, intellectuals, and skilled workers who were killed by the Chinese government.

The unanswered question, another one the msm doesn’t have the slightest interest in asking, is what kind of influence did China have in the 2008 election.

Rhetorically, what country or organizations could have had the financial muscle to instigate the Money Market run of Sept 18, 2008? You know, the one that caused famous liberals Henry Paulsen and Ben Bernacke to rush into Duby’s office and declare the end of civilization was night unless they were given $700 Billion to use with no strings attached. That day was the end of McCain’s campaign.
