You have no idea how happy we are – being this all came about in the last month. She landed a great new job and I rock the casbah on the phone , regardless of location. There are huge opportunities for us to raise a family in a sliver of the world that aligns with our social, political philosophies.

After 7 years in NYC and 6 in Atlanta.. this conservative is ready for some sanity…

People like your grandmother have wonderful intentions, show up on time, even bake cookies for the courses. Unfortunatley – as you mentioned – the tactics of the radical left either go unnoticed or are dirctly intimidating, whereas few would even bother to react to.

The complication of technology-based voting machines further baffles the elderly poll sitters.

Luckily, me and the wife are moving to the northern panhandle of Florida (Sat) – and I am getting involved at the State level , being the northern panhandle is decidedly conservative/Rep , mainly due to the military presence and wealth of the tourism region. The problem is state level/county level oversight of voting precincts (including total numbers 2M off). I am well versed in redistricting, reapportionment and gerrymandering – for it was my area of internship in NYS.

The tabulation “or vote qualifying” process is ripe with fraud, led by commissioners and their staffers using communistic tactics, as we have mentioned – so that is where I am concentrating on. Add in ACORN thugs – and it will really be exciting and worthwhile.

I never thought a degree 15 years ago in Public Policy and Polling would be so valuable…

My grandmother is a poll worker. She is well intentioned, but she’s about a million years old, and she wouldn’t know what’s really going on if these sophisticated fraudsters ran their operation in her polling place. And I’m sure 80-90% of poll workers are just like her, a bunch of retirees who basically volunteer for $10 a day to get out of the house. With these absentee ballot scams, and the early voting scams, and the same day register and vote scams, and the voter ID scams that are possible in this country, the fact that black districts turn out 90% and up for Democrats starts to come into focus. The fact that new voters turn up 60-70% and up for Democrats, and the fact that absentee ballots get rejected for fraud in such numbers all makes a little bit more sense.
And you are right, Odie, it’s a takeover boldly done for all to see. It’s just we are simply dared to prove it, dare you to stop it. Do something about it if you’ve got the guts.

Very good points, I would like to add the known poll staff levels are roughly 2M “less than needed”.

ACORN, Dems and radical “voter push” groups take full advantage of this, combined with “overwhelm the election commissioners” registration fraud and bogus absentee ballots. It is why a goon in Philadelphia can stand outside with a club as “security”, intimidation, illegal politicking, and mass confusion over someone “really checking the right chad”.

I am federally certified to both teach courses and sit at polling places and fear the ranks being swelled (Step 2) by young, radical socialist, disguised as “independant thinkers” to oversee the actual tabulation process.

Its a political junta in the making.

That democrats congressman’s aid that was given a pardon, though fired, showed there was alot of renting in other states and double voting. So many illegal Mexicans got to vote, because they have very authenic I.D.s. We had a large group of Mexicans work where I live. When one stabbed another, the truth came out, only the city got off, because it was not their faults the illegals showed fake ID’s. When they can’t speak English, that’s a sign to double check. The city was just saving money, period. And that’s where the Republicans like John McCain say they’ve helped the economy. Then you have Ron Paul, an arrogant man, that was doing okay in the polls, and he takes money from the KKK. Wouldn’t return it saying it was better in his hands, wouldn’t give it to charities, and he allready had a fortune. I don’t know if a charity should take blood money. I think Ron Paul should have burned it. The Republican Party has got to step up to the plate. oOllah Obama and his regine have really lowered the bar. When Maxine Waters can publically talk about Bush and say we need to get rid of his a**, threaten to socialize us. It’s time to quit be so disrespected. When oOllah Obama can shame the banks for bonuses when he gave them. They are running like a mob party.

I always wondered why the big push from the Democrats/Rock the Vote crowd is on registering voters. They send out an army of registration volunteers and staff every election year to get people to register, but there isn’t necessarily a big push to get people to a polling place on election days, except for in some cases with old people and some neighborhoods. It never made sense until I realized that under the old law in Georgia almost anything could be used as identification for the purpose of voting. If they could get your name and address, and get you registered they could show up and cast your vote for you. It was all betting on the fact that if the only way you were going to be stirred to register is if somebody caught you leaving Wal-Mart and had the forms on hand for you to fill out, then you weren’t particularly a good bet to be stirred to leave work and go stand in line to vote on election day.
The republicans won a majority in the Georgia legislature back in 2002 and passed a voter ID law, and wouldn’t you know it since then, Georgia is one of the only states I can think of in red state America that isn’t mysteriously electing a bunch of Democrats to state and federal office lately.
