1. Reasonable tort reform.
2. Allow interstate competition to enhance health insurance portability and lower health care costs.
3. Enforce that once you are insured, pre-existing conditions will be covered if you change policies.
4. Publicize State mandates for coverages like in vitro fertilization with the average cost per Health Insurance Policy, so that citizens will know what their State Legislators have forced upon them.
5. Make Medicare fraud a crime punishable by 20 years in prison without parole.
6. Enforce that every citizen purchasing a Health Insurance policy be offered a high deductable policy.

We expect these reforms will lower the average cost of a Health Insurance Policy by 20% (or whatever it is), that the country’s health-related medical costs wll be recuced by x hundred billion per year, and that Medicare costs will be reduced by x ten billion per year.

After these reforms are implemented, we will publicize a thorough analysis of the problems with Social Security and Medicare, with all sides of the debate represented, and begin a national dialogue to reach a consensus about solutions. We expect that the process will take 2 years, and that we will begin to enact legislation in 2012 to place those programs on sound footing.

I fear for this great Nation and the stupid people who elected The Won for whatever petty (he’s black, cool, young, hip, new, a change, etc) reason – rather than doing what is best for the country – but hey in 2008 – there was only the choice between arsenic and cyanide or sheer lunatics.
