I have seen 23-week babies born alive but doomed to die because we could not give them the advanced life support they needed. But under no circumstances did we ever bundle a living, breathing baby up in its placenta and cord and toss it in the trash! We would hold the baby, keep it warm and talk to it if the mother wasn’t able to do so until the baby slipped away. It was not an easy thing to do.

It boggles my mind how any educated nurse could be so cold.

Ms. Williams made a very poor choice, as did everyone around her.

They had also bought a billboard where the torn apart fetus was shown.

They had to take it down…it was oh “too offensive”. ???? The deed is ok but to actually have to SEE what you do is offensive? So sad.

They used the further arguement that children would see it. That part I do agree with, but I think every young person old enough to get pregnant or to get someone pregnant should be required to see what they are actually doing to a live baby.

THEN, and only then, can they make an informed decision. It will always cause shock. Or at least it should

Having said all this I don’t think there is any reason short of the mother’s life, to commit murder on a tiny baby.

Even rape is not a good reason to abort. You just cover one horror with another. That will only compount the first horror not erase it.

I hope this gal is good and truly traumatized. I hope she never forgets the sight of her little girl struggling to breathe.

Maybe now she will take steps to make sure she doesn’t get pregnant in the first place again.

And she should carry full responsibility along with those at the clinic for the death of this little baby.

But what the hell gives her grounds to sue? She wanted her baby murdered, her baby got murdered. Just how seriously are we supposed to take her when she talks about how awful it was to see it happen?

Her slutty backside needs to be thrown into jail too.

It reminds me of Rush Limbaugh’s “Caller Abortions,” where he’d “abort” phone calls with a taped flushing sound and drawn-out scream. He did it for two weeks, and got thousands of complaints… from people who have yet complain about the real abortions going on every single day.

I have had a similar procedure (my child had already passed away for still unknown reasons). Suddenly the mother lays eyes on what she has done THEN the child’s life means something. Right when it is too late.

May that poor child rest in God’s eternal peace. What an unspeakable crime.

So did this guy get his degree in Haiti or what? Killing the babies Americans won’t?

1) Everyone working at that clinic should be charged with murder in some form or another. Both the clinic owner and the Dr. should be charged with 1st degree murder in this case. 2) While I believe that the “choice” to kill her baby is wrong, Ms. Williams should sue those responsible for killing her baby for every dime they have and may make in the future. This will hopefully give those involved in this despicable industry pause when killing babies.

The lady paid $1200 to off her baby. She got what she paid for – just in the reception room instead of more private accommodations in the back. According to the Deputy Attorney General designate, she’ll soon look back on the moment with joy and relief.

Perhaps the court should award her a partial refund for the inconvenience of having to see what she paid for. Does anyone think the outcome would have been different? The baby was destined for the red bio-waste bag anyway, born-alive laws notwithstanding.

Our illustrious President should testify on behalf of the clinic. He gets it.

What amazes me is the whole concept that it was ok for the doctor to shred the living child and bring it out in pieces, but somehow shocking and criminal for the baby to succomb to neonatal abuse and neglect immediatly after it’s birth. Where’s the difference? And why is anyone amazed at the actions of the nurse and staff? These are people who kill babies as a career choice.

In the “bad old days”, before Roe vs Wade, 89 to 92% of abortions where performed by doctors or midwives. Many of these ghouls actually had criminal cases pending from women who died under their “reproductive care”, when Roe vs Wade was passed the charges where dropped and they went on to open abortion clinics. Less than 2% of abortions where performed by persons with no medical training. The women strewn about alleys dying of coathanger abortions is a myth of the abortion industry.

And I hope that we can keep (women) from going to these types of clinics

Isn’t that the same line (adjusted for clinic to be back-ally abortionist) that led us to this spot decades ago and wasn’t it suppose to be Roe v Wade that would end such disturbing butchery?

Never mind that this story is such a rich target environment for oh so many failed/failures of Liberal policies (not the least of which is why is 18 year old Ms Williams paying $1200.?!? – which from this lawsuit she will probably get back in spades) but when can rational Americans have the right to say Enough. Stop stealing my tax dollars for such failed/failing policies?!? Hopefully (damn I used a The One ™ word) – it will be the Generational Theft Act of 2009 that will be the tipping point.

BTW, for a statistical fact. Since Ms Williams is on the msms guess the race game – I’d bet she is black. Which given the prematurity of her baby – would actually increase the baby’s chances of survival as black females head the list of survival of premature births. . .(this is one area being white is not an advantage at all – white females are near the bottom, white males are at the bottom)
