He's 71, so his career as a doctor is essentially over, It's likely that being a doctor for 40+ years, he is independently wealthy, and can afford any health care for himself that he wants. And of course, as a doctor himself, he wouldn't have anything to worry about, even with an Acorn-trained doctor. So, he can indulge his utopian fantasies all he wants, with no downside to himself or his family at all, can't he. Hypocrit. Let’s think about Doc Sheiner’s utopian desire for Socialized medicine.

Obviously, he's not a specialist. If he was, he would undoubtedly have a different point of view.
