Since you’re looking at existing policies across the board, try outlawing divorce. It’s the single largest cause of downward mobility from the middle class to the poor house. The children it illegitimizes are also more likely to be unsuccessful economically, scholastically, and socially. I know the suggestion probably upsets some people, since it’s such a personal decision (and one of the few important areas of law that the states maintain any control over) but if a politician really cared about the middle class, he’d at least mention that this is really one of the biggest things dragging them down financially.

I doubt it. The war on poverty is an ongoing thing and it will never end. Jesus himself said to his disciples that you will always have the poor. But since most liberals don’t acknowledge the timeless wisdom of the word of God they’ll never grasp this fact. And they’ll keep tossing money away, yours and mine, to feed a hungry beast whose appetite knows no bounds. And all this so they can self-righteously say to the downtrodden, ‘See you need us because no one else is looking out for you.’

No doubt he will grow the “middle class.” But it will be because people will be brought down from the upper and not up from the lower. If people weren’t poor, nobody would ever vote democrat. Of course there have been poor people for as long as there have been democrats proclaiming to end poverty. Maybe they’ll figure it out eventually.

That’s the key.

Obamy’s soak the rich tax plans don’t soak those with inherited wealth, or those with enough money that they no longer need earned income. Kerry, Kennedy, Pelosi, Obamy, Reid…..they all will pay another 3% on their dividends. That’s it. Hardly a back breaking burden. Whereas the rest of current taxpayers will see tax rates skyrocket.

Nobody realizes this.

Obamy is attempting to create a two-class system. His supporters remain wealthy beyond imagination. The rest of us will get paid the same after taxes regardless of whether you are a world class scientific genius or a janitor. Just like those other countries oh what are there names….da da da…..de dum de dum….. oh yes, Commmunist Russia, Communist China (until the last few years), Cuba, and numerous other failed socialist republics. You know, those countries that he has been admiring for the last 20 years in his dorm room.

Defining the middle class is fairly simple. They simply look at the voter registration records and if you are a registered democrat you are either middle class or poor (and in need of generous public assistance at the expense of the wealthy). Everybody knows that Republican or Conservative are synonyms for wealthy. If you are registered as a Republican by definition you are wealthy (these are the people that need to be taxed out of existence to support the democrats—er I mean the middle class and the poor). Of course, most of the Wall Street CEO’s, the movie stars, the recording artists, the titans of the tech industry, politicians, and the people who inherited vast amounts of wealth but who don’t have jobs that are taxed as earned income are middle class by this definition. What could be simpler and more just?

Forget “Plugs” Biden. He’s a complete idiot. The excerpts from the churches literature are total crap. It seems to me that these so called “civil rights leaders” are nothing more than “slave masters”. They pit one race against another, one class against another and even their own people against each other to maintain the status in the community. When will they be exposed for what they are? Jesse Jackson, Jeremiah Wright, Al Sharpton and Louis FerraCON are no different that the grand dragon of the KKK. Hate is hate.

It’ll take Biden & Co. most of the 1st term to simply DEFINE the middle class. How do you do that? Is it by income? $30,000 in West Virginia is a lot more than $30,000 in Houston. So is it by education? Nope. Cant do that either. So we’ll be left with Mr. Biden defining “middle class” (my guess) as simply “union households and/or minority households.” Add to that the fact that there is no way they are going to issue their findings with a deliberate avoidance of the “lower class”, so, as a result, his report will basically be a worthless diatribe on how everyone not a millionaire can be bought off with additional government spending.
