But how could The Old Gray Lady fall prey to the same fraudelent practices after all of the Jayson Blair mess? Didn’t we hear from their own editorial staff that this won’t happen again? Sure we did–here’s their direct quote:

In fact, in that same article, the author goes so far to reveal the fact that the NYT wouldn’t let the worry of keeping another plagiaristic minority cloud their journalistic integrity just for fear of not having enough diversity in their organization again:

It’s a process error.

When copying from the frothing-with-anger lefty blogs with the intent of changing a few words to claim the lunacy as her own, she needs a better QA procedure to insure that she doesn’t forget and leave too much intact.

If she can’t do the clerical work better, her $500,000 salary for “writing” 2 columns a week will be redistributed.

Who gets to determine if the property is, indeed, intellectual? Who gets to define intellectual? Just like the tree that falls in the forest when no one is around, is the theft from one lib-tard by another lib-tard really immoral? And who gets to define morality?
