U know Pro what frosted me? When Oblamanot said, “Hey, uhh, no one’s gonna kill your grandma. But, you know, I think we can make some SMART DECISIONS about Grandma. You know, if the pill is gonna cost a lot o’ money & it’s not gonna do whole lot, then I think some of Those Smart Decisions Are Gonna Have to Be Made.” (paraphrasing).

Know what Pro? Last year when it came time for my Dad, we didn’t need Oblama or anyone else make that decision. it was between Dad, Me & God.

PS; – The doctor, probably so jaded by the system, when I told him it was time said AND I DO QUOTE. “OK Good! So we decided NOT TO BEAT A DEAD HORSE.” Unquote.

I very calmly explained to him that while I was crossing Park @ 58th during rush hour, that he will probably be gone by the time I got to his office to KICK HIS ASS!

I’ve heard some real idiots say that because of a former injury or illness, totally healed from, such as when I was a child I broke a toe, and no health insurance is going to want to take me.

My view is that the expense (and I think $66,000 is much much much lower than it will really costs) pales in comparison to the certain loss of life that will inevitably result.

I suspect people think it’s a wild exageration for me to say that millions of lives will be cut short.

I think it’s a near certainty.

And millions more will suffer unnecessarilly whether their lives are cut short or not.

I understand what’s in it for the beaming commissars. But I have a really hard time understanding how any average person in this country can possibly think they will be better off in the face of overwhelming evidence, and pure common sense, that says it will be the worst disaster to ever befall the country.

The only problem with you math RB is that it is dead certain the 1 Trillion estimate is low by at least a factor of 10.

Not counting the interest owed, Obamacare will tally at the very least ONE TRILLION DOLLARS!!!

Even CBS has given up on the claim of 45,000,000. Even Obama admitted to 30,000,000. The real number when you deduct another 10 million for those who have healthcare through their spouse or other family member plus another 5-10 million of those who can afford it but rather do something else with their money. So we’re talking about 10-20 million people who don’t have health care because they are destitute or for another reason.

So, let’s see, 15 million people who want insurance but can’t do for themselves – OK no problem! Obama’s plan is to spend 1 TRILLION CLAMS – PROBLEM SOLVED.

RIGHT! THAT WORKS OUT TO $66,666.00 PER PERSON!!!!

Summing up … there’s no one you can trust but God. To that end my family opted out a long time ago and learned to take care of ourselves. To date we’ve been fortunate as much as we’ve been diligent. God Willing we’ll continue to be able to care for ourselves because it will be a cld day in Hell before we participate in either “insurance” or the “modern medical” mayhem. A pox on both houses. And as to media-malfeasance and politics in general? Decorum prevents my truthful response.
