The young man asking the question was respectful and did not accuse him of anything. He said what responsibility, if any. And Frank flew off the handle. The student asked a legitimate question, and did not try to corner Frank or make him 'look bad'. My favorite part is when Frank said 'you're a student and you have a constitutional right to freedom of speech'. Gee, Barney, THANKS for making that allowance. BTW Barney boy, it's not just students who have that first amendment right. I don’t know why Barney Frank flipped out so.
