It’s just like the dimocrats and their marriage with the MSM,if they say the war is a bust, it must be a bust. If they say we are in a recession, well, duh, we must be in a recession. If the muslims say there is false info in the film, well, you know by now, it must be so (even though a muslim at work told me that the number one issue for ramadan is you must give up lying for a month). All this and never any proof of anything, we just must take their word for it.

I am an atheist that lives in The Netherlands. So here is the false information that the film gives:
- The use of the Danish cartoon was not authorized by the cartoonist. He just called Wilders a thief in an interview on Dutch TV.
- Wilders changed some words on the verses (soerat 8, vers 60 does not say ‘terrorize’)
- The image he uses of Van Gogh’s killer is actually a Moroccan raper. Proof that xenophobes think that all Muslims look and act the same?
The film is really a poorly done pamphlet. It tries to associate the deeds of some lunatics (who try to justify themselves with the Q’uran) with ALL the moslims. It is like saying that ALL Ameircans like to go into universities and shoot at least 20 people, just as a hobby. It is NOT TRUE.

I have just one question, what does bieng an athiest have to do with it? Is this a smoke screen crafted by one of them dutch moslims? Well, is it? Speak, damn you. Anyway, a vast majority of Americans did speak out against the brutal acts on college campuses, I’m still waiting on the moslim community to speak out about killing the Iraqi tennis star simply because she wore shorts, or perhaps when the moslims sawed that poor Americans head off in Iraq simply because he thought he was making a differencefor the fledgling democracy? How about honor killings and rapes. Anyone?

If the supposedly Dutch athiest thinks that a profession of no faith or the denial of the existence of a God will provide her a measure of immunity from the horrors of Islam then she deserves her fate. It must be blissful living in a state of denial.

A virulent disease that affects millions of people worldwide. It muddles the heads of it’s adherents, and it removes the heads of it’s detractors. I see ptat got the little mistake I caught in ‘Andrea’s’ posting - I however find it telling that Wilder used Islam itself to indict Islam.

Until everyone who ‘claims’ Islam stands up and strikes down this verse and all the images that we saw in Obsession and Fitna - well then after wrestling all night with my Christian self and is Islam a ‘religion’ - I have to come down on the side of No - it is a cult of violent, hatefull people who may have/are highjacking what was once a religion.
The World must not bury itself in pcness and appeasement to the point of destruction - Never forget WWII - we cannot ‘wait’ or ‘explain’ away or ‘look’ the other way or even ‘justify’ until another 62,000,000 are dead - for what?!? Because the entire World became Chamberlin and thought that ‘diplomacy’ would solve this abomination?
If you chose to pretend, ignore, appease, justify, explain, wait and look the other way - Remember this - It will be you, your children and your future that is next. . . for some reason, for any reason - you are not them and that is all they need to ‘kill them whereever ye find them’. . .
As for me and mine - we have locked and loaded and at the very least will take some with us and will go down fighting.
Sad to say - two of our ‘potential’ Presidential candidates (the communist pantsuit and the RNC liberal suit) - won’t do much to continue the GWOT and the other candidate (the socialist [racist, bi-racial] empty suit) will probably allow another (and worse) 9/11/01 to happen here in America.

What do liberals / socialists / communists think will happen if/when Islam proceeds in its take over of Europe or its obliteration of “The Great Satan” (USA)? Do they think they’ll spare their lives or are they planning on conversion? Do the gays in this country think they’ll live one-second pass that day? Do feminists believe their lives will be better?
I don’t understand why these people are siding with the enemies of this country when it most certainly means the death and/or imprisonment of their children, grandchildren and definitely the end to our culture. Do they really believe they can appease these animals and keep power for themselves? If so, they’re more delusional than I thought and that’s saying something.

Unless we are willing to meet force with overwhelming resistance, we will succumb. And the prognosis is bleak. Consider that only approximately 3% of those eligible to serve in the military actually do so, and that the rest are willing to bury their collective heads in the sand and believe appeasement is the answer. When push comes to shove, these fools will be led to the slaughter. They lack the intelligence to recognize the threat, and the will to confront it head on, inasmuch as they have always left the heavy lifting to others. Now their ranks are swolen with “sunshine patriots” who lack the gumption to retain for themselves something that has always been handed to them irrespective any effort on their own part.

Here is a paper by the Archbishop of Sydney on his reading of the Koran.
Two things stand out:
1) “The suras (or chapters) of the Koran written during Muhammad’s thirteen years in Mecca, and those that were written after he had based himself at Medina. Irenic interpretations of the Koran typically draw heavily on the suras written in Mecca, when Muhammad was without military power and still hoped to win people, including Christians and Jews, to his revelation through preaching and religious activity. After emigrating to Medina, Muhammad formed an alliance with two Yemeni tribes and the spread of Islam through conquest and coercion began. One calculation is that Muhammad engaged in 78 battles, only one of which, the Battle of the Ditch, was defensive.”
Basically, the later suras sort of supercede the earlier ones when Muhammad had no army.
2) The word Jihad has several meanings. One is “striving” and this definition is used by those who want to be politically correct. The first definition is “war” and matches the actions that we see in the real world.

DEZ; Thanks. The fact that livelink felt the pressure to pull the film should prove beyond a doubt to the skeptics what we all know. Nothing this scurrilous bunch of douche-bags does in the name of islam will stand up to any serious scrutiny. I would ask all of the apologists for this sham of a religion to seek out one of the adherents and respectfully disagree with him. Diplomatically, of course. That would thin out some of the dead wood from our ranks. The sooner this scourge of a cult is erradicated, the better for us all.

Yes it is a VERY courageous film!! Let the moslem recognition grounswell begin!
These ridiculous moslems need to be recognized for what they are. There are no “good” moslems! They hate the jews for running “muhammad” off each time he tried to travel to Jerusalem, approximately 6 centuries after the death of Christ. They hate Christians because the Gospels provide a wonderfully effective and peaceful method for spreading the love that is Jesus. Redemption will never come at the point of a sword. The best you can hope for is WWIII - which again, is fully explained in the New Testament. Boy, what an incredible media whitewash … “Not me, I’m a ‘good’ moslem!” What a crock of crap! World journalism and moslem killers … sheesh, I hope they have a king sized bed! They have everyone so confused, people don’t know WHERE to look in expectation of the next hatred-based mass-murder. Well, the secret of these backward people is now available for viewing. All that remains now is for this groundswell to take hold and grow. There are others just as courageous as Mr. Wilder. Time for those people to shine, baby. It’s coming!

It’s pretty sad how something such as religion can have such a horrible effect on the world considering we don’t even know if any of it is even true. I personally believe in some sort of “higher power” but I won’t be turned into some robot just because of some very well written books of scare tactics. I get the point…live by the golden rule.

The great thing about Christianity is that it is your choice. No one is forcing it on you. As a third of the angels fell with Lucifer from heaven so will many who make the wrong choice, but God forces no one to worship him and crowns those who do.
Islam, on the other hand, only provides two choices. Convert or die. Anyone naive enough not to see the danger in allowing this satanic religion to continue growing in this country and Europe or will turn a blind eye to it for political gain deserves the consequences of such actions.

A Muslim girl accused the teacher of desecrating her copy of the Quran, and all the students began to shout “Allahu Akbar!” (“God is great!”). They soon started a riot.
Some teachers came to Christiana’s aid and rushed her to the principal’s office for safety, but by that time more students had joined the ruckus. The mob demanded that Christiana be released to them. When she was, the teenagers hit her with an iron club, stripped her naked and beat her until a 12-year-old boy slit her throat with a knife. The students then soaked her body with gasoline and set her on fire.

This film is Islam! Why do people say it is anti-Islam? It speaks the truth. The only folks saying it is anti-Islam are the imams running the rape rooms. They do not want their gig to run out. The Christian also said that Jesus is the “son of God”.God (the one and only) had a son? Are you kidding? And you just cannot completely understood the verses of Qur’an. I think you must go to Palestina, and meet a young man (15 years old i guess) who know Qur’an by his heart, and I think he can tell you the truth meaning of the Qur’an.

IMO, the example of his knowing the Qua-an by his heart is his willingness to strap on a suicide bomb and enter a crowded area where he has to know he is going to kill all or mostly Muslins and blow himself up just to supposedly collect 72 virgins. Just not very useful knowledge IMO.

The concept of the Trinity is difficult to understand, but perhaps one would expect that a finite creation (man) would have difficulty understanding the concept of his infinite creator (God)?
Here is a good illustration on the Christian belief of God. But according to the Quran, Mary, the mother of Jesus is part of the Christian Trinity. What can you say about your holy book when it does not even accurately record the beliefs of Christians?
