    What’s with the Gay Pride flag on the side of the ship?
    And why is Santa puking off the stern?
    These Lefty wacko’s are so stupid… don’t they know that Santa has flying Reindeer? …Why would he need to be rescued by ship? LMAO!

    I know some of you will get ticked…sorry – But personally I can do without Santa!
    Along with other commercialisations of the Lords Birth. Want to stick with the legend of St. Nick, that brought Gifts to Orphans – Not a problem.
    But when you begin telling your child lies about a man in a red suit that comes down the chimney on Christmas Eve bearing gifts; only to one day find out mommy & Daddy were lying… …well; it’s not something that’s going to aid in Faith building… Know what I mean?!?
    Particularly in this culture!

      I think you’re right about Santa. The culture has turned the whole thing into something rather ugly, and I’m sure the real St. Nicholas would be appalled at what his image has been used for. I mean, even Greenpeace is cashing in….

    Thank goodness most of us grow up and stop believing in Old Saint Nick, and more importantly our government. And we learn to be more self reliant.

    I sincerely hope their is someone at the top of this whole “global warming” farce that knows it’s a farce. I just don’t know how they can sit there and tell you it’s hotter out when it really, quite observably, is not.

    Obama names climate change experts Holdren, Lubchenco to science posts

    By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

    WASHINGTON – U.S. president-elect Barack Obama has named Harvard physicist John Holdren and marine biologist Jane Lubchenco to top science posts.

    During Saturday’s weekend radio address, Obama announced Holdren will become his top science adviser as director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and Lubchenco will lead the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

    Both Holdren and Lubchenco are leading experts on climate change who have advocated forceful government response.

    Holdren also will direct the president’s Council of Advisers on Science and Technology.

    Joining him as co-chairs will be Nobel Prize-winning scientist Harold Varmus and Massachusetts Institute of Technology professor Eric Lander, a specialist in human genome research.

    The four scientists will confront challenges in global warming after years of inaction by the Bush administration, which opposed mandatory cuts of greenhouse gas pollution. Since 1993, summer Arctic sea ice has lost the equivalent of Alaska, California and Texas, and global warming is accelerating.

    I agree with you guys about the commercialization of the birth of Christ. Why don’t the non-believing-libos come out about this with more vigor? The only thing they get upset about is Nativity Scenes set up in or around government institutions.

    These people need to pick a side and stick to it, because trying to keep up with their wishy-washy ideals is getting to be exhausting!!!!
