And, IMHO, Congress should pass legislation prohibiting men over 40 from wearing earrings and ponytails. YECH!!! I think there are too many laws in this country, but this is one law I would support. lol.

Actually it was her husband who flipped me off and was wearing shorts (it was raining & cold in the morning and didn’t get warmer till later) and Birkenstock sandals. He also had an earring and a pony tail while balding. They looked to be somewhere in their very late 50’s or early 60’s. They probably also belong to that Catholics for Choice group too. Just making an assumption on that one though.

I agree. Our Lady of Guadalupe is also the patroness of the unborn. That part actually makes me pretty upset. One can only pray for a conversion of heart. And to think they actually lowered the tilma specifically for her.

I’m a WASP and even I know “who painted it”! And don’t forget that she admits to having visited the place before!!! Apparently, “the smartest woman in the world” doesn’t have “the best memory in the world” either…

I can’t wait for Christmas when she visits a Nativity Scene and asks, “Which one is Jesus’ father?” before trotting off to some award dinner for the unwed mother of the year.

The don’t see it that way.

The people they have offended in seemingly off-hand ways (Gordon Brown, this priest, veterens by attempting to charge for health care, charities, etc.) are not significant constituencies and have done something “wrong” anyway:
- Gordon Brown is from the country that treated Kenya “badly”
- this priest actually believes in god, lol
- veterans are people who didn’t pay attention in school and got stuck in Iraq
- charities are threats to government control

And our betters have a bigger agenda to worry about than stepping on a few toes here and there. As they see it, you can’t implement total government control without breaking a few bones.

Hey, that’s how people who get things done get them done, isn’t it?

And besides,not a single person in Reverend Wright’s congregation will ever hear a word about this stuff. And if they ever do, The Moron will deny it. What’s to worry about?

This administration seriously has the worst background people. Why on earth have they let Obama continue to make a fool out of himself with the telepromters? Can it really be that hard to teach a man to speak in public on his own or are they just oblivious to how much of a fool he looks like. Or this issue with Hillary, she is going to look at one of the most cherished objects in Mexico and no one gives her a background on it? If it wasn’t so politically beneficial to me for them to continue on this path of self destruction I would write and suggest they fire their PR people. Clearly there is no need for skills or experience to run the country but there needs to be some prerequisites for the people who keep them from looking like idiots.
