I’ve read the Loretta King sentence at least half-a dozen times now, and still…huh?

Anyway, the “disparate impact” statute has been a useful tool for shakedown artists that presumes all whites are guilty of discriminatory tendencies and all blacks need government help to have any hope of eking out a future.

You know when I was a boy
I saw a man giving a speech. He was a wise looking man. He was a black man. He said he had a dream of a day when little black children and little white children would play together without condemnation. He also talked about his dream of a day when a man would be judged on the content of his character and not on the color of his skin. The man was killed. While I don’t like discrimination, the idea that we need racial quotas and all this other crap is just as wrong. It seems like discrimination of occurs if it is a white person against a black or hispanic person. It seems the left thinks it’s fair to give people slots at prestigious schools and jobs based on skin color, if you are white then you have no chance of getting a job. And one has to notice that the whole article was one giant Bush bashing piece, everything was all about how evil Bush and the republicans are, and how good everything will be under the left’s crushing influence. The thugs will run the party and get to rule everyone who actually does work for a living just so the thugs and people sitting on their couches all day get to collect “free” money from the goverment and get all the healthcare they can scam out of us.

“Rights” is the siren-song of the totalitarian wannabes.

It doesn’t take but a moment of thought to see how ludicrous are all of the rights listed by the imbecile Holder. He is a profoundly stupid person. What a disgrace to the human race. You have to wonder if he uses toilet paper when he shits.

Why not a right to “sex, drugs and rock and roll”? It would be just as ridiculous.

Can there be a more stupid idea than to think that you can have a “right” to something that another person owns. Just to say it is to realize how dangerous the notion is. It leads directly to violence and death. It’s as simple as that.

But for the envious, the promise of a right to something they don’t have is like candy to the children they are. And invoking envy hass been the primary deception of snake-oil politicians for millenia.
