“I’d happily go outside just to get away from you, my brother, if that didn’t mean getting blown to pieces by the artillery of the Jews”.

“True enough. It is a curious thing, is it not, that with all the millions we get in aid money, none of it ever seems to get spent on hospitals or roads or on getting rid of that reservoir of human shit we have down the road but we always have plenty of rockets and stuff. Where does the money go?”

“Geneva, I think. For safe keeping. You ask too many questions, Abu. Look here, millions of dollars more are flowing in from Islamic ‘charities’ around the world”.

“Flowing in where? I haven’t seen any of it”.

They’re betting their whole campaign on the notion that the rest of the world has no will to resist them, and will fold in the face of persistent intimidation, lawfare and random murder.

Hamas recently decided to institute shari’a law in the land it governs. I say – to all the cities where major anti-Israel protests have been held – we send Hamas leaders to replace respective city councils and mayors. Let Hamas institute shari’a law in, say, San Francisco and see if the tune of the left doesn’t change.

For I am convinced the only way they’ll get it is to see a cadre of their peacenik friends rounded up and executed, and they’re too thick to realize we’re trying to stop that from happening.

That is what I don’t understand why doesn’t Palestine fight against some of the other countries denying their existence just as badly as Israel. These people don’t have a problem killing one another if they feel it is the right thing to do for their own wants & needs!! Why not blow up a bus in downtown Cairo, because Egypt continues to deny them Palestinian existence. Now that makes sense, doesn’t it?!?!?

The hypocrisy of Hamas sympathizers never ceases to amaze me. It is Hamas who deliberately targets civilians. Its leaders have been quoted that they want to “bathe in the blood of Jews.” Their schools prance their toddlers in suicide vests, rifles, swords, and lest we forget, the Koran. The Hamas Charter wants to turn every inch of Israel into an Islamic theocracy, kick out / kill all non-Muslims, and rejects nonviolent methods of peacemaking. For Hamas a ceasefire is free time to build up an arsenal of missiles directed at the average Jewish civilian.

So forgive me for not throwing a pity party for Hamas and their liberal / terrorist sympathizers. Half of them would wise up if their own country were attacked from within.

Israel must destroy as much of Hamas as possible before the MSM and the idiots and ignorants whine loud enough for them to stop. They must only quit when they are ready.

For EVERY missile shot into Israel at least ONE missile should be returned to the area as close as possible to the shooter. Tit for tat. Every single missile should be returned. Period. Treat them like adults, if they kill, they will be killed. If they send missiles, they will receive them. That is the only way they will learn. Screw public opinion, force them to see the truth, or let them be damned.

I’m sure on the Sunday shows the usual pundits will be painting this as “Israel’s Iraq” – a war with no prescribed end game and no clear way for them to “win.”

So yes, SG, this is, in a very real way, Israel’s “war on terrorism.”

It remains to be seen if they are better able and willing to prosecute it than we have been.

That is in no way a reflection on our troops but rather of the media and Bush’s willingness to be influenced by it.

We all know the press will be full of pictures of “innocent” Gaza residents hurt by “ruthless” Israeli troops.

Tales of “atrocities” like an Israeli soldier stepped on a Quran.

Pundits will say that Hamas’ suicide bomber threats proves that Israel’s actions will only “create more terrorists.”

Any Hamas members Israel captures will of course need to be given room, board and three hot meals a day and civil trials in Israeli courts.

Let’s also not forget the inevitable stories about how Israel brought it all on themselves – stories AP and Reuters have already been running for weeks.

But how will Israel’s leaders respond? More importantly, how will their population?

Given their country today, don’t for a minute believe the reaction of their citizens will be different than ours – they have a far left too. Many articles have mentioned that the citizens of Jerusalem and Tel Aviv – especially the youth – have philosophies more like those of the average resident of Los Angeles or New York than of the historical Israeli.

We will now see if that’s actually true, and if it is, this war may see the end of Israel after all if it is shown they no longer do have the will to fight to defend themselves.
