Jackson Charged With ‘Gay Harassment’

From NBC’s Chicago affiliate, WMAQ:

Jackson Subject of Gay Harassment Complaint

By BJ Lutz [sic]
Thursday, Apr 14, 2011

A former employee of the Rev. Jesse Jackson Sr. at the Rainbow Push Coalition has filed a bombshell wrongful termination and discrimination complaint against the civil rights leader with the City of Chicago’s Commission on Human Rights.

The complaint, filed sometime last year by Tommy R. Bennett, a regular on the Tom Joyner Radio show and [a] member of Barack Obama’s LGBT Leadership Council, includes shocking allegations about Jackson’s behavior toward the openly gay staffer including an allegation that the civil rights leader propositioned him.

Jackson has denied the allegations in a legal response that was filed in July 2010 and resurfaced when the Windy City Times published a story Tuesday.

But if Mr. Bennett is on Mr. Obama’s LGBT Leadership Council, he must be a responsible individual. So why would he make an unfounded charge like this?

Bennett, 55, claims Jackson ridiculed him in front of other employees and required him to perform "humiliating tasks" like escorting women to Jackson’s various hotel rooms, cleaning up after alleged trysts and packing his clothing. It also includes an allegation that Jackson asked for oral sex, according to the claim. Jackson flatly denied each claim in his response.

"The Rainbow PUSH Coalition unequivocally deny Tommy Bennett’s false claims of harassment, retaliation and discrimination," the organization said in a statement released late Thursday, adding that it is "fully cooperating with the Chicago Commission on Human Relations and expect to be fully exonerated." …

Why is this being handled by the Chicago Commission on Human Relations and not the police and the FBI? Is this not a hate crime? No justice, no peace!

Bennett worked for the Rainbow PUSH Coalition for more than two years as the National Director of Community Affairs. The complaint states that Bennett endured a string of discriminatory treatment from multiple supervisors, but his protests were met with deaf ears.

In 2008, Bennett assumed the duties of Jackson’s travel assistant. In that capacity, Bennett alleges to "clean his [hotel] room after sexual intercourse with women."

Imagine asking a homosexual to do such a thing.

Bennett’s complaint requests back and front pay, compensation for emotional distress and punitive damages all to the tune of roughly $450,000. Bennett also wants an amendment to the civil rights organization’s non-discrimination policy to include sexual orientation and gender identity

$450,000? That is chump change. Mr. Jackson shakes down corporations for that much in a day. Obviously, Mr. Bennett needs a better lawyer.

    how shocking.

and I thought the reverend was such a good family man.

offhand thought: Mr Jackson harshly reprimanded Tiger Woods, not for being a sex addict and associating with prostitues and porn starst and being a liar and a hypocrit and ruining the lives of his wife and children, but for only diddling white women. I can’t help but wonder who the women are that Mr. Jackson brings to his hotel rooms.

Blind deaf mutes, with an uncanny resemblance to the Rev. Sharp-tongue.

Mr. Bennett should have felt “honored” by the request.
    Just ask JJ’s supporters.
They all love the opportunity to allow themselves to be used by their saviors.

I don’t know Chicago (except for their Sox recently span of futility against the Twins) but I would guess this is a result of the dumbing-down or re-educating of the masses process. Since to liberals, property rights and law and morality are all relative, so must be the jurisdiction of the organs of governance – leaving this brainwashed tool no idea about as to who or what holds jurisdiction or power to really do much with his complaint(s).

JJ is at the top tier of modern hypocrits, keeping his people down, and believing they can be no better than victims, while he runs around trysting on their donations. Blacks really ought to give far more credence to Bill Cosby.

That had me laughing for a bit.

Holder is far too busy trying to cover up the “ATF Gunrunner” scandal, or the botched Bonds prosecution, (which is, BTW, a total waste of our tax dollars), or figuring out how and why he screwed the pooch at Gitmo.

The DoJ is just too overloaded right now to worry about JJ being a semi-gay closet pimp.

Problem for Bennet is proving Rev Jackson mistreated him due to Bennet’s being a homosexual.

Jackson will have to argue he asks more women to give him oral sex than he does hetro or homo men.
Jackson will say the maids at the hotel who cleaned up were mostly women.
And in the end, wasn’t Jackson doing his best to meet the quota, giving a homosexual a job working close to him.
Bennet’s sex or preference had nothing to do with Jackson playing the role of Bennet’s master.
Bennet is ashamed of himself for playing the submissive female role of a gay, instead of the macho side.
If Bennet was asked to work at assisting Jackson with his boyfriends would he complain?
Perhaps it’s Bennet who is discriminating against females. The very idea of booking a hotel room for a female may have been too much.
I think Bennet will have to write a book or sell his story.

I think people who donate money to Rev Jesse Jackson should see their money is going to servants for Rev Jesse Jackson and not to aid the poor.
But, no doubt they think it’s okay for Rev Jackson to capitalize from charity.
Should the IRS audit Jackson for tax-decuctions.

You mean the DEMOCRAT who had a child with his mistress while counseling Bill Clinton on HIS mistress crisis?

The Democrats who allowed Robert Byrd to serve in Congress for 58 years as a former KKK leader?

The Democrats who allowed Kennedy to serve over 40 after accidentally murdering his mistress while drunk driving on a suspended license?

—-This will get NO media attention what-so-ever, count on it.
