Juan Williams Wife Gets Robbed, Wishes She Had Gun

From Breitbart:

Juan Williams Wife Robbed, Wishes She Had Gun

By AWR Hawkins | April 28, 2014

During an April 28 interview on The Lars Larson show, Fox News’ Juan Williams told a story about his wife’s car being stolen and her saying, "I wish I had a gun."

Williams said that his wife "went to the gas station" this past weekend to fuel her car. He said that "while she’s trying to put the credit card in some guy rushes by her, gets in the car and drives off with the damn car."

Williams said his wife’s response was, "I wish I had a gun."

Larson responded by saying, "God bless Mrs. Juan Williams," and said Juan should buy her a gun "at the next opportunity."

For some reason I’m having a Carl Rowan flashback. Lest we forget, back on June 14, 1988, the liberal columnist, Carl Rowan, shot an unarmed teenage trespasser, Neil Smith, who was skinny-dipping in his underwear with friends in Rowan’s pool. Rowan’s gun was an unregistered and illegal. Rowan claimed that he aimed at the intruder’s feet but he hit him in the wrist.

Rowan was charged for firing a gun that he did not legally own. He was arrested and tried. During the trial, he argued that he had the right to use whatever means necessary to protect himself and his family. Rowan was a strict gun control advocate. In a 1981 column, he advocated "a law that says anyone found in possession of a handgun except a legitimate officer of the law goes to jail—period."

In 1985, Rowan called for "A complete and universal federal ban on the sale, manufacture, importation and possession of handguns (except for authorized police and military personnel). Rowan was tried but the jury was deadlocked, and the judge declared a mistrial and he was never retried. Which is also typical.

If I put a stupid thing like this in a book readers would proclaim me lazy and without imagination.

years ago, maybe it was a NRA article,

they listed some hypocritical gun control advocates

    Sigourney Weaver(gun toting in Aliens)

    Albert Broccoli( 007 Producer)

Walden Books( sells firearms related novels and books.)

Jack Lord (“book ’em Denno,” caught with firearm in Hawaii.)

all made big bucks with firearms in the movies, bookstores and TV.

Like Rosie O’Donnel’s body guards taking guns to schools, but she wants to take everyone elses guns away.
    It’s like Bloomberg.

Some guy? Some guy… really? Interesting that there is no more descriptive description? Juan didn’t accuse a tea party activist or a right wing conspiracy or a racist white guy? It was probably just some guy who just wanted health insurance and couldn’t afford his new “affordable” premiums…

And Juan’s wife would have shot the poor insuranceless individual. For shame.
