Karzai May Free Hundreds Of Terrorists

From a cheering Associated Press:

Karzai orders review of Afghan Taliban detentions

June 6, 2010

KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) – President Hamid Karzai on Sunday ordered a review of all cases of Taliban suspects being held in Afghan jails and said those being detained on doubtful evidence must be released.

The step was Karzai’s first official response to a national conference last week on ways to end his country’s nearly 9-year-old insurgency, which included recommendations to move toward negotiations with militant factions.

The conference, or jirga, also recommended that Taliban prisoners being held in Afghan custody and by the U.S. military should be released if they were being held on "inaccurate statements or unsubstantiated allegations."

Sure. Set them free so that they can return to their jihad ways and kill more US soldiers – and, if they are ambitious and lucky, US civilians.

It has worked out so well with the Guantanamo detainees who have been freed.

Hundreds of Taliban and other militant suspects are being held in Afghan jails across the country. Hundreds more, including al-Qaida operatives, are being held in U.S. military jails in Afghanistan and Cuba.

Karzai’s office said in a statement he had ordered the formation of a delegation including officials from the Supreme Court, a government-backed reconciliation commission, Justice Ministry and other judicial officers. The delegation would "identify those prisoners who are in jails with not enough evidence for them to be in jail (and for) the delegation release them."

Last week’s jirga—made up of some 1,500 tribal, religious, provincial and other leaders—said insurgent prisoners should be released as a goodwill gesture that would precede peace talks with the Taliban. But it also stressed that insurgents who want to take part in the peace process must cut their ties with foreign terrorist groups such as al-Qaida.

However, home-grown terrorist groups like the Taliban are quite all right.

Washington supports Karzai’s plans to offer incentives for rank-and-file militants to lay down arms but remains skeptical about Kabul seeking negotiations with insurgent leaders—although such a strategy could be key to the eventual withdrawal of U.S. forces from the country.

U.S. officials contend the Taliban leadership—which is demanding the complete withdrawal of foreign troops from Afghanistan—feels it has little reason to negotiate because it believes it is winning the war

The Taliban know they aren’t winning the war. But they also know that Mr. Obama has pledged to withdraw US forces as soon as possible.

So all they have to do is bide their time.

There is really nothing worth spit in this pigsty of a country. We should reconcile ourselves to the fact we shall have to destroy it every ten years or so and should plan to do it thoroughly until the savages that occupy the sty learn to behave themselves.

Singularly the most valuable book I’ve read for understanding American political undertow – and consequently, the federal government’s ‘foreign’ policy.

Edward Harle Limited – Red Cocaine

Red Cocaine fits hand in glove with every notion I have about Communism and the silent, deadly and maniacal drive within our borders by a certain echelon to overthrow us from within. I believe every cultural and social phenomenon from the 1930s on has it’s taproot directly in Moscow. From labor disputes to the crash of markets, to racial strife to religious tensions. From social restructuring to socializing medicine and federalizing society’s helping hands. From corruption of the dollar to every environmental and feminist movement …. it all flows from Moscow. It does to this day. Through their fellow travelers here. (remember we will hang you with the rope you sell us probably means selling our Treasuries abroad to cover our debt-spending)

My examination of the drug trade ….

It begins, in America, at the earliest time of our Revolution. The China Trade is but a euphemism for opium. Yes yes … there are many other commodities involved; whale oil, furs, God knows what else. But the China Trade was and is opium. The Northeast’s finest families were neck deep in the China Trade, making them nothing more than global drug dealers and their sailing fleets competed with the British and Dutch to dominate that trade. When Southern shipping families got involved, I personally believe this is where you’ll find the beginnings of the animosity that led to trade wars, tariff wars and ultimately to our War Between The States …. competition Yankee scion families would not tolerate.

A brief walk through Newport Rhode Island is testimony to the family names involved … Aspinwall, Cabot, Cushing, Derby, Coles, Forbes, King, Nye, Perkins, Sturgis, Thomson, Wetmore. To name but a few. These families were wealthy in a way that would embarrass Bill Gates, and they married, inter-married and inter-inter-married until the bloodlines and family connections are a web of tangled roots. The most significant raison d’etre for these families is family and is summed up in the unspoken motto … Keep The Family’s Value In The Family.

An example … The Delano family, which through marriage we know Franklin Delano Roosevelt.

Even though Franklin never made much money himself, FDR was heir to the huge Delano opium fortune.

Franklin’s grandfather Warren Delano had for years waged a ruthless campaign on the Pearl River Delta securing his share of the opium trade. Delano had offices in Canton and Hong Kong. During business hours, Chinese criminals would pay him cash and receive an opium chit. At night, Scrambling Crabs – long, sleek, heavily armed craft – rowed out into the Pearl River Delta to Delano’s floating warehouses, where they exchanged their chits for opium under the cover of darkness. The profits were enormous, and at his death Delano left his daughter Sara a fortune that she lavished on her only son.

The Delanos were not alone. Many of New England’s great families made their fortunes dealing drugs in China. The Cabot family of Boston endowed Harvard with opium money, while Yale’s famous Skull and Bones society was funded by the biggest American opium dealers of them all – the Russell family. The most famous landmark on the Columbia University campus is the Low Memorial Library, which honors Abiel (Abbot) Low, a New Yorker who made it big in the Pearl River Delta and bankrolled the first cable across the Atlantic. Princeton University’s first big benefactor, John Green, was big in opium in the Pearl River Delta with Warren Delano.

The list goes on and on: Boston’s John Murray Forbes’s opium profits financed the career of transcendentalist Ralph Waldo Emerson and bankrolled the Bell Telephone Company. Thomas Perkins founded America’s first commercial railroad and funded the Boston Atenaeum. These wealthy and powerful drug-dealing families combined to create dynasties.

Families from around Boston, whose wealth came primarily from trading in slaves and  opium in the 18th and 19th centuries, sought to bury the taint of dirty money by donating huge sums of it to Harvard College, resulting in their control of the board of trustees from the early 1800s.  The charter of the Harvard Corporation also gave these board members  the authority to choose  successors to replace members of the board who died or resigned, so that their long-practiced habit of laundering drug money through the university system survives until the present day.

Interestingly, it is the same families who were involved in setting up an endowment for Yale College.   Elihu Yale was born near Boston, educated in London, and served with the British East India Company, eventually becoming governor of Fort Saint George, Madras, in 1687. He amassed a great fortune from that odious trade and returned from India to England in 1699. Yale became known as quite a philanthropist; upon receiving a request from the Collegiate School in Connecticut, he sent a donation and a gift of books. After subsequent bequests from his opium profiteering, Cotton Mather suggested the school be named Yale College, in 1718. In 1823, Samuel Russell established Russell & Company for the purpose of acquiring opium in Turkey and smuggling it to China.  Forced out of the lucrative African slave trade by U.S. law and Caribbean slave revolts, leaders of the Cabot, Lowell, Higginson, Forbes, Cushing and Sturgis families married Perkins siblings and children. The Perkins opium syndicate (or, China Trade) made the fortunes and established the power of these families. By the 1830s, the Russells had bought out the Perkins syndicate and made Connecticut the primary center of the U.S. opium racket.

And so forth. Much of what I’ve learned is courtesy of Dr. Douglass and a very very special lady, Catherine Austin Fitts; the first female Senior Board member of Dillon Reed.

I can go on this topic for a couple of hours. Here’s the point …

The idea that these families got out of this business is so laughable that the moon is made of green cheese is more plausible.

This is the undertow in American politics. This is the brute force underlying federal foreign policies.

The drug trade and protection of that trade.

These are the scion families of the Northeast who effectively control American politics. Because they’ve had 200 years of practice at making and keeping fortunes, hiding what they’re really doing underneath layers and layers of interlocking business until it simply cannot be penetrated; manipulating laws, buying Congress, controlling regulatory agencies, insinuating their people into top positions for the purpose of continuing in their trade. Their reach is global. Their drive and determination lethal, ne Luciferian. The depth of their allies and the range of their competition is beyond the scope of most people’s imaginations. And the Clintons in Arkansas just happened to be in control of that State when drugs and guns were flying out of Mena 24/7.

Perspective …. US field forces in Afghanistan know of Taliban stockpiles of opium totaling over 12,000 tons.

Assuming a calculus of street value at $35 – $50 a gram for 60% pure heroin (cut 40% with other substances, such as baby laxatives)

    12,000 tons = 24,000,000 pounds
    24,000,000 pounds @ 453.592 grams/pound = 10,886,208,000 grams
    10,886,208,000 grams = street value of $381,017,280,000

$400 Billion – the 2009 Defense Department budget was $515 billion. And this stockpile is only a fraction of the world trade. So, what we’re talking about is the world’s most badass military is funded with about the same amount of dollars as the Taliban has to spend.

I would be flabbergasted to the point of madness if the USA’s most ruthless political and financial families willingly got out of that kind of money and eschewed the shop-worn but stupendously profitable China Trade.

J Edgar Hoover – “The individual is handicapped by coming face-to-face with a conspiracy so monstrous he cannot believe it exists”

From a review of Red Cocaine –

Drawing on defector information and other intelligence sources, Dr Douglass reveals that the Soviets plotted the global drugs scourge in the 1960s, as a key element of their planned onslaught against the fabric of Western society and culture. By the mid-1960s, the Soviet criminalists had already penetrated the existing drug networks; and where they had encountered resistance, they had set up fresh drug-trafficking organisations and distribution systems. Over the Western Hemisphere, Soviet drug-trafficking ops are controlled by the Cuban Communist Party’s Americas Department, which remains to this day under covert Soviet KGB direction. The KGB organises the financial arrangements on behalf of Soviet Military Intelligence (GRU), which directs the drugs offensive on the basis that it is a gigantic sabotage operation – which also happens to provide limitless finance for World Revolutionary purposes, including the financing of terrorism training operations. The Soviets further pre-selected the Western banks, and the individuals within them, that they would require in order to carry out the extensive money-laundering operations that they anticipated: hence the advance placement of Soviet operatives at Bank of New York, Republic National Bank, and other prominent institutions, well ahead of the predicted avalanche of drug-derived liquidity. This was how the Soviets penetrated the principal ‘engine room’ of Western capitalism – the banking system. The significance of all this for the world’s cohesion was summarised by a senior International Monetary Fund official who has pronounced that ‘the drug problem cannot be solved, because if it were now to be fixed, the international financial system would collapse’. Drugs are the most valuable commodity in the world – even more so than oil and gold. The Global Revolution, driven by criminalised revolutionary operatives, is as focused upon control over drug-trafficking as upon dominating energy resources.

What percentage of this country abuses drugs or becomes an actual Drug Addict? Even if 1/4 of the population were hard core drug addicts 1/2 of those would die off from overdosing and complications from using narcotics. The average addict doesn’t have the intelligence to take care of themself in order to spend the kind of money your talking about. You also said the U.S. knows where the stockpiles of Taliban opium is stored and that amount equals 400 billion dollars on the street but, cut that in half for price reduction on bulk sales and loses from siezures and that is still hopeful. Another thing about the stockpiles is that they are STOCKPILES not drugs on the actual street and the reason they can’t get to the street simply explains itself; there is not enough demand to move it. Look I don’t doubt that wealthy families were involved in the drug(Opuim) trade and they have powerful friends that enable them to continue to run these enterprises but, ask yourself, why don’t they pedle their influence to get these drugs legalized. The time, effort, and trouble in the illegality of narcotics really doesn’t make the overall situation worthwhile, not to mention being scarred by any direct involvement. I would think one would make considerably more money in the legal drug trade on top of that you could advertise if heroin were legal increasing usage and addiction.

Obama is to blame, as it was he who handed all authority of the prison over to Karzai. Next, Obama gave all authority to Karzai as to which taliban our soldiers had to release and let go, and Karzai did who knows what with the
bad ones. There is no way to know as we have no jurisdiction over the prison.
Karzai could be driving the worst ones somewhere and releasing them. It’s things like this Obama has done, that shows where Obama’s ‘heart’ is.

Obama’s roots are muslim. family, blood, home, religion, friends, church.
His idol was muslim Malcom X. His roommates. His best friend Valerie Jarret who grew up in the Middle-East. Going on tax-payers time as a Senator to help a muslim in African get elected?

Obama released the yemen terrorists who blew up our soldiers.
Obama blasts the Sermon on the Mt, certain type Christians that are the biggest threat to liberalism, no Easter service but Rahmadmen’s holiday he honors. Obama has never pointed out one thing wrong with the Holy Koran.
He even calls it “Holy”. Ever hear him say the Holy Bible?

  4. Mithrandir says:

This is just like the comic books. The bad guy is never really vanquished, he is released, comes back from the dead, escapes, is broken out of prison etc. . .

That’s why when John Walker was Captain America, he KILLED the enemy, and they never came back.

Here comes Mr. Teleprompter about the whole thing, “Ahem, economy, back from the brink, at the end of the day, let me be clear, previous administration, worst economy since the great depression, my policies, me me me me me me me…..any questions? Thank you, may Allah bless America.”

  5. Chinnubie says:

Big problem I have with these terrorists are the average everyday people that are all around them. I can’t figure out why they don’t come out LOUDLY & PUBLICLY denouncing these acts of violence. Instead they placate the terrorists allowing them to operate witout any intrusion except when our whimpy efforts get in the way. Think about this; if American citizens were going around blowing up buildings, buses, etc. wouldn’t their neighbors stand up against this kind of destruction? I mean if my neighbor asked me in confidence to let him know what I thought of the bomb he was making I would call the FBI.

I don’t understand why these people want to live in the 7th century in virtual squalor? Aren’t cell phones and computers-the internet, pretty cool advancements? I could go on and on about civilizations advancements but, these people seem to be woefully happy living in sub-par conditions and I really can’t figure out why?

    • jobeth says:

” Aren’t cell phones and computers-the Internet, pretty cool advancements?”

Oh they love cell phones…that’s the new business they are buying now. Used to be cab drivers…then convenience stores…now its cell phone stores. At least it is here anyway.

Seems those prized little pieces of electronic wizardry have bits that can be included in a handy dandy bomb. So, yes…they love cell phones.

So with the internet they can teach each other how to take the gas from their stores, and use their phone’s electronics to help make their car (taxi) bombs so they can blow us all back to to 7th century.
