Kenya Says Zeituni Amnesty Based On Lies

From a many days late and many dollars short Associated Press:

Kenya says Obama aunt was not in danger

NAIROBI, Kenya – Kenya’s government is unhappy with the impression created by a U.S. court ruling that granted asylum to President Barack Obama’s aunt for saying she could be targeted by members of Kenya’s government if deported, an official said Friday.

Government Spokesman Alfred Mutua described the case of Zeituni Onyango as an embarrassment and said the allegations made against Kenya were untrue and unrealistic.

"It has become a habit for Kenyans seeking asylum in other countries to lie. Her case is an embarrassment to this country and President Obama," Mutua said. "We are not looking for her. The government does not have any problem with Zeituni Onyango."

Earlier this week, U.S. Immigration Judge Leonard Shapiro said he gave Onyango asylum in the U.S. because she would be a target in Kenya not only for those who oppose the United States and Obama but for members of the Kenyan government.

Actually, Mr. Shapiro did not say any such thing earlier this week. He would never be so open and honest. The AP got the basis for his secret ruling through a Freedom Of Information Act request.

Onyango is the half sister of Obama’s late father and has been living in public housing in Boston…

The basis for Onyango’s asylum request was never made public, but her lawyer Margaret Wong said in 2008 that Onyango first applied for asylum "due to violence in Kenya."

People who seek asylum must show that they face persecution in their homeland on the basis of religion, race, nationality, political opinion or membership in a social group.

Not according to Mr. Shapiro. Mr. Shapiro ruled that Ms. Onyango had proven that she was afraid of persecution, and that was good enough for him.

Many of President Obama’s relatives live peacefully in Kenya, including his grandmother, who is a celebrity here. The government connected Sarah Obama’s home to the national power grid and made the road leading to her village more passable since Obama’s election win

Oh, and never mind that the Prime Minister of Kenya proudly claims to be related to Mr. Obama’s family. It is almost as if Ms. Onyango lied to stay in the country. Truth-telling does not seem to come easy to the Obama clan.

And speaking of mendacity, isn’t it funny how the AP has never noted these details in any of their previous articles about Ms. Onyango’s (obviously bogus) request for amnesty?

It wasn’t even mentioned in their article earlier this week, which the reporter here seems to have missed.

Every time I read articles that refer to Obama’s relations….especially in Kenya…..I find it hard to contain mu amusement. In typical Afro fashion, they all claim kinship no matter how trivial it may be. Based on their contentions, the son-of-a-bitch is related to the entire Continent of Africa.

Or to put it another way, I’ll give an example of a commonly-used riddle. Q. What’s the definition of ‘mass confusion’?
    A. Father’s Day in East St. Louis!

No kidding. Why not? It makes getting in so much easier.

Reason #1 Auntie OingoBoingo lied: In Kenya they don’t have the public housing so her house floor would be dirt and food stamps would be mentioned in her book, “Dreams of my half brother.”

She’s lucky that she is not albino, they are being sold for blood and body parts in that region.: http://www.capitalfm.co.ke/news/Kenyanews/Kenyan-albinos-demand-protection-9533.html

With all that head to toe gold Obama’s Auntie Zeituni Onyango is wearing I imagine relatives back in Kenya are finding a different way to send Zeituni’s pension checks from Kenya.

Couldn’t find Chicago news carrying Obama’s auntie care.
More important to mention gangs & violence in schools increasing, no doubt children living on the streets do to long waits on low housing
