Replace her bleached blond hair in the photo. I guess Kessler didn’t make “ali,ali, etc. release his real name. Release the terrorists. She forced the release of 9/11 suspects being held,, but wouldn’t allow the Civil Rights of a white American woman. Gag order placed til noose around her throat. Like she’d really hang her self without giving the D.C. names out.

I would guess that if anything DID happen, we wouldn’t hear about it in the press. Well, we would hear about a disaster but the actual blame for it would be in section F page 20 or possibly, never know what caused it at all.

My god….what the hell did you write? Every single recipe for pineapple upside down cake that you have?

Andy Mcarthy was able to say it in 3 pages. Succinct, to the point, direct.

Oh, wait your a libtard. You have to go on and on and drone until it all becomes just written white-noise so that after the first 20 pages, people just give in and cave.

I’m sure it’s loaded with the guilt-ridden phraseology that the uber-left uses and more weak logic than a 4 year old trying to rationalize how they got caught with a handful of cookies. The word, “victim” is probably mentioned at least eight times on each of the 45 pages and not about the people this radical muslim probably killed, either.

Well, I’m sure someplace, where the jazz music plays, and the bongos beat, and the blue cloud of reefer smoke hangs heavy in the air, there are those who are saying, “right on, man.” Unfortunately for her, that place was over 40 years ago and gravity hadn’t taken its toll yet. But what’s truly the most important is that she can feel good about herself.

I think if they release him, he should have to find his own way home from Cuba, just give him a couple of bucks for cab fare like they do every other federal prisoner when they’re released. Either that or give him a plane ride to Yemen and give him a parachute packed by the ACME Corp like the Coyote always seemed to get with the anvil in place of a chute.

I wonder if any of these judges have considered the public backlash if one of these liberal heros does committ an act of violence on Americans once released, apart from those we have already picked up on the battle field for a second time. Wow…so she:

1) was a legislative assistant to a senator who was compelled to conspire with Arab criminals against the US;
2) protected a US enemy combatant from being tried in his own homeland;
3) is the first judge to hear an appeal from lawyers who are seeking to weaken the US ability to detain combatants;
3) releases a Yemeni terrorist detained by our military because our soldiers didn’t obtain a judge’s warrant before capturing him in battle.
