It would seem Sweetness & Light is a conservative counterpart to Media Matters. And as to why neither this site nor the Media Research Center gets quoted on the TV, well that’s exactly the problem, isn’t it?

Media Matters for America is a Web-based, not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) progressive research and information center dedicated to comprehensively monitoring, analyzing, and correcting conservative misinformation in the U.S. media.

Let’s for purposes of argument say that there is an abundance of ‘conservative misinformation in the U.S. media,’ they have no interest in correcting liberal misinformation? In other words, they admit to not wanting truth in the media, which is honorable, but they want the liberal agenda to be vocalized unchecked. How can anybody support an organization that basically admits that they promote the lies of one side?

Looks like they tore a page from the Al and Jesse shakedown artist book.

Some peoples’ strings can’t be pulled by others and it pisses them off to no limit.
Btw ….. I haven’t heard of Mr. Beck’s ratings plunging or the mass jumping of ship by advertisers.

Funny what they consider hate and racially charged, we view as the truth that others are afraid / cow-tied to report. For fear of losing their jobs or advertisers (money).

Those that bend knee to manna have no principles or scruples!

Why doesn’t the right have its version of Media Matters? They may be shrill and dishonest, but they seem to be effective.
