Media Not Anti-War Enough For Kennedy

From C-SPAN, via YouTube:

Representative Kennedy on War Powers

Mr. Kennedy seems to want to carry on his uncle Ted’s tradition of bellowing loudly and incoherently.

We gather he is upset that our watchdog media is not propagandizing against the war in Afghanistan enough.

Doesn’t he know we have a Democrat President? War is now good again.

By the way, at the end of Mr. Kennedy’s spittle-flecked rant, he still voted against Mr. Kucinich’s resolution for an immediate withdraw from Afghanistan.

So is it genetic insanity or genetic alcoholism that is behind this end result or was it just a ‘show’ speech on the floor – to get his 15 minutes of fame renewed – since isn’t he not running again? Of course he will probably say that he voted against it, because the Armed Forces weren’t required to publicly announced that they LOST the War and were coming home in DEFEAT tomorrow – although I can’t imagine Kucinich not putting that in there – as this appears to be the excuse du jour for Ds – the legislation does not go far enough.

Too bad they are so far gone – they don’t know the difference between legislation and un-Constitutional insanity.

The best thing is this walking, talking canker-sore isn’t running again this fall so we won’t have to put up with his drunken drivel after November.

As a former Clevelander, I feel nothing but shame for the unmitigated disaster that is Dennis the Menace Kucinich. He is such a class act, I can’t believe the people of Cleveland/Lakewood keep voting this douche-nozzle back into office. He is carrying on the legacy of Mary Rose Okar and taking it to new heights.

How did this crime family hang onto power for so long.

JFK seems like the only one even close to normal in the bunch, and he almost got us into a nuclear war.

Is it me or does Patrick Kennedy sound like Chris Farley as Matt Foley, motivational speaker?

Even dirtbags are right every once in a while. … Having our troops walking around looking for the Taliban, is just like 40 years ago walking around looking for Viet Cong. It’s a waste of time / money / and troops lives trying to get these wooden ox-cart pullers to upgrade themselves 5000 years. Just kill the radical leaders as they pop up, but our troops should be patrolling the streets of America to protect our rights from Washington D.C.

What the dirtbag said about the media is just Democrats throwing Democrats under the bus to protect themselves. HE KNOWS the protesters, the photographers, the video cameras lay down their arms when a Democrat is in the White House. Congress pulls the purse strings on funding for wars, not the press. And the press helped the Democrats campaign and win elections against this war that they now are not willing to end. Soooo, he wants the press to show how bad the war is and how the Democrats refuse to pull the plug on it? WTH?

PROBLEM SOLVED! What would happen if we put Preparation H in the Congressional water cooler?

Patrick Kennedy went to the media to tell that his priest would not give him confession do to his abortion stance. Then he hogged the media on his dramatic scene he won’t run again. He went to the media to get empathy when he tried to gain power of attorney over his mother Joan’s money because she had a little slip off the wagon, while he himself goes to rehab.
