Actually, this woman is showing what TAXPAYERS’ money can do for HER looks. But, if anyone needs all that help, it’s her.

And since we’re probably footing the bill, I’d like to know if the make-up artist is salaried, or on a contract? Heaven forbid ‘Ingrid what’s-her-name’ has been hired on a “time-and-material” basis. I’d rather have the job go out for competitive bidding with the low bidder getting the job. ;-}
