Playboy editor’s hanging urged

PROSECUTORS yesterday demanded a Jakarta court punish the editor of Playboy Indonesia with a two-year jail term for distributing indecent pictures to the public and making money from them.
But more than 100 Muslim protesters in the courtroom criticised the prosecution for being soft, shouting “hang him, hang him”.
Among those attending the trial of editor-in-chief Erin Arnada was radical cleric Abu Bakar Bashir.
Bashir spent time in jail for the deadly 2002 Bali bombings — in which 88 Australians were killed — before being acquitted by the Supreme Court.
Bashir said yesterday the prosecution in the Arnada trial was not being strong enough.
“The prosecution’s demand does not match the damage that Playboy has inflicted. We want the judges to give the defendant a heavier sentence,” he said.
The magazine’s first edition sparked protests in Indonesia last April although it had no nudity and less flesh visible in the issue than many other magazines on sale in the world’s most populous Muslim country.
Arnada argued Playboy Indonesia is good for developing a pluralistic society in the country, but the prosecution and Islamic hardliners who have regularly attended his trial since late last year say he had “harmed the nation’s morals”.
“The pictures selected by the defendant were improper for publication because they violated decency and aroused lust,” prosecutor Resni Muchtar told the South Jakarta court.
Under Indonesian laws, sentencing demands from the prosecution serve as strong advice to judges who can hand down harsher sentences or dismiss the case altogether. Subsequent editions of the magazine are still on sale in Indonesia.

I think they are scared that if enough people realize what a “woman” looks like, sales of hijab-clad animals will plummet. (The hijab, is of course, the ultimate excuse for sexual perversion. “Mohammed, you have been accused of having sex with a camel, other men and a coat-rack, how do you plead?” ‘Not guilty by reason of Hijab’)

This is crap in two ways. First, why is the terrorist in there calling for anyone to be hanged–why isn’t the bailiff puttting a round in the imam’s brain!! Second, when my ships pulled into the gulf states, if we wanted anything done to our plants, we would give them a magazine like playboy and BAM!!!! work is done for free and quick. Hustler was asked for by name. I won’t even get to all the whore houses full of russian and indian hookers.

Can you imagine how insulted they would be if they got a full blown US copy of Hustler? Not that I have ever looked at one myself. I am only going on hearsay. ;)
For some reason, I keep getting the impression that muslim men are absolutely terrified of women.
Are they really that insecure in their manhood?
If so Mrs. 1sttofight could take over and rule the muslim world with just a LOOK.

1st: I think “South Park” answered that question quite definitively in an episode where a microscope had to be used to locate UBL’s manhood…and he, we are told, is the greatest muslime since their pedophile false prophet. So I’d say they’re not just insecure in their manhood, they are flat out terrified of women.
And remember, fear breeds contempt, contempt breeds hatred, and hatred breeds insanity. Their insane behavior ultimately stems from their overwhelming cowardice.
