(not sure why she got it. So, why doesn't the NYT wonder why the President would give out 250 out to people that don't need it, instead of a COLA, so that the money would be gradually paid out, until Obama's miracle happens. I think it's suck up money, and to bankrupt America as fast as possible to push his socialist/communist agenda.
