"The major news "

I'm going to help you out, woodman.

Here's what you need to do.....stop calling it the news.

It isn't news. It's propaganda. Has been for 30 years, but they aren't even trying to hide it any longer.

It is like I woke up a year ago in the twilite zone. The major news don't put any news except pro democrat and Obama news out. Everything that demo's do is fine. Things that just a few years ago would force you out of politics. It's really unbelieveable, that tax cheats, lairs, sexual preverts, socialist fill our WH. This lady should just resign, but we know that her sick partners are going to rally around her and protect her from the terrible people of this country that expect wrong to be punished and right to be rewarded. I'm glad I live in the country and don't run into many people from other countries because I'm embrassed of the people that have been put in charge of our country.

Right on, PR.

Alas, we will see their treasonous body kept alive on life support through yet another stimulous package from Barry et al. They are already Pravda, but soon we will all be paying tax dollars to read the official daily party line.

If I were a 6th grade teacher and that article were an essay I would send it back for horrendous punctuation. Any semblance of standards at the NYT has completely gone out the window, and not just in terms of content. It's like it's written by a bunch reform-school sophomores.

The synapses of the Slimes "reporters" were scrubbed clean by the same people that Ayers swooned for decades ago.

They are so far in the tank for the overthrow of this republic that they don't even know it themselves. They think opposition to every American institution and tradition is partriotism.

100% brainwashed.

The NYT is capable of protecting even the worst of mankind's Frankensteins: the NYT and CNN were the only American news outfits to remain in Baghdad after the First Gulf War concluded, despite the fact that Saddam Hussein forced all news agencies to first submit their stories to him for approval. That is why even anti-American Reuters, UPI, et al left Iraq, refusing to kowtow to what amounted to censorship of the highest kind.

But The Grey Old Lady saw nothing wrong with carrying the water for the monster who was feeding innocents into woodchippers while their families watched, as they see nothing wrong with shielding this Tokyo Rose we know of as Nancy Pelosi.

In his statement, Mr. Panetta said it would ultimately be “up to Congress to evaluate all the evidence and reach its own conclusions about what happened.”

Absolutely unbelievable..!! This Slimes a**clown Carl Hulse is using a select portion of Panetta's statement completely out of context.

Here is Panetta's complete statement, released yesterday. From Glenn Thrush over at Politico;

Message from the Director: Turning Down the Volume

There is a long tradition in Washington of making political hay out of our business. It predates my service with this great institution, and it will be around long after I’m gone. But the political debates about interrogation reached a new decibel level yesterday when the CIA was accused of misleading Congress.

Let me be clear: It is not our policy or practice to mislead Congress. That is against our laws and our values. As the Agency indicated previously in response to Congressional inquiries, our contemporaneous records from September 2002 indicate that CIA officers briefed truthfully on the interrogation of Abu Zubaydah, describing “the enhanced techniques that had been employed.” Ultimately, it is up to Congress to evaluate all the evidence and reach its own conclusions about what happened.

My advice — indeed, my direction — to you is straightforward: ignore the noise and stay focused on your mission. We have too much work to do to be distracted from our job of protecting this country.

We are an Agency of high integrity, professionalism, and dedication. Our task is to tell it like it is — even if that’s not what people always want to hear. Keep it up. Our national security depends on it.

http://tinyurl.com/ojoufw

There you go. Doesn't have quite the same meaning Hulse intended, when you read the entire statement. right? What a douche-bag journalistic hack..!!

Panetta's stock just went up several points in my book for backing his people and standing up to that lyin' insufferable she-hag Piglosi.

The worst news for Stretch is that The Moron has already thrown her under the bus.

Because it would have been a historic act of courage for Panetta to call her a liar in print without the explicit approval of the Mob bosses in the WH.

And we all know what kind of courage liberals have.

This is the third sentence in a related article in the SF Chron (Nancy's "home paper"):

GOP could use Pelosi torture woes against Obama

...Ironically, the controversy has come down to a credibility test pitting Pelosi, whose modus operandi has never been known to include lying, against the Central Intelligence Agency, an institution deeply damaged by the use of flawed intelligence to invade Iraq and now on the defensive for its use of torture...

http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2009/05/16/MN8J17L6JP.DTL

LOL Nancy's never been known to lie? She's a politician. They do that. She's a dem and they seem to do it worse, at least when it best fits their needs to prove a point.
