What's even more amazing is I know far too many people who actually consider them a source of "news" rather than the propaganda sheet they actually are. The left cries and moans about Fox News, but they're pikers compared to the NYT - and the LA Times isn't far behind. Compared to either the paper Ed Asner worked at on <i>Lou Grant</i> was the National Review. Do you want to know the <b>real</b> reason the NYT endorses Obama? Because when he wins the NYT will ask for and will of course receive a Federal Government bailout. After all, an institution as prestigious as the NYT could never be allowed to go down; it would mean "the end of the Free Press" in America. Just like that other federally funded source of "unbiased news," NPR.
