You’d think that Obama being brought up in the rough world of Chicago politics would have a much thicker skin. If he gets so easily rattled on his first few days as president what will he do when the pressure is really on? Meanwhile, whether you liked him or not, former President George Bush is back home in Texas, grinning ear to ear as he reads about this incident in his morning paper. Because he knows all too well that once you’re president the media will hound your every move.

Affirmative action hires don’t really have to show up for work, you know.

On FNC they already hashed this one – seems The One ™ turned up for his first day at 8AM – commentors said Bush was known for a 6:30AM start to the day.

I guess if you’ve never had a real job – it is hard to get used to having to show up first thing in the morning.
