I read many of the links in your posts this weekend in the “Obama’s not a socialist” thread and found them interesting, informative and rational.

I just can’t get over that this country elected a man with such a past. Even if you don’t believe any of the (rather compelling) information about him, wouldn’t the mere fact that there are so many stange associations and unknown factors make a rational person leery of the risk presented by such a person?

I know it’s beating a dead horse, but I still just can’t get over it.

This country is truly a ship of fools.

The new ObomboFairness Doctrine is so hypocritical. He refuses all interviews and challenges to speak on what he precieves as one-sided media. The narcissist wrote two autobiographys,
about himself, his turmoil with idenitity, drugs, religion, politics. Now it’s fashion, TV guide’s Obomo’s favorite shows, how they dance. For Obama to say he can dance better than McCain, who is so handicapped. Prior to elections the nations schools bought literature books, where Obama has 17pages dedicated, and McCain, who had a historical horrendous experience what he and other American’s went through defending this country, was not mentioned. Obomo’s regine think Wilders documentary was to hateful, compared to the filthy, murderous, raping, rap music.

Obomos’s one father, got grant to come here from Kenya and go to college. His mom met another Indonesia coming here to college. Then Obomo’s college education. Maybe if he’d not struggled in his teens doing cocain, he’d have won a free scholarship. Free education. for who? Could this Obomo be the problems with his dads from other countries. Is this why Obomo’s dream for free borders, and 6 monthes in this country you become a citizen. Does Obomo blame America for his dead beat father’s not spending time. It’s clear in Obomo’s writings, his half-sister’s remarks, that Oboma felt better more comfortable with whites. I think he used his lying, poor me growing up, even telling Americans at campaigns speeches he was raised in the South!!! while the applauds increase. Hawaii is south. Obomo is playing out his childhood. It was never enough, and he will never have enough, to meet his maniac ego.

As you’ve indicated much of the time, this guy has been enabled his whole life. Raised and coddled by people who were guilt-ridden that he was half-black, half-white, half-intelligent, I know not what but he was enabled. Never taught that what he did was wrong. I have seen this form of “parenting” in action and it disturbed me greatly and, being the same age as this *ahem* chief executive, I grew up seeing the foundation for parental permissiveness and thankfully, I was not one of those kids.

But he is.

Who I want to hear from are the people who were his peers growing up. Classmates who know how he acted and so on. I don’t think that’s necessary really to get a psychological imprint on this guy, but like we say in Texas, “The boy ain’t right”.

In a way, I guess it’s as good a time as any to show what results permissive parenting provides. Bad thing is, it’s in a president who, like you said, thinks he can do no wrong; The king’s new clothes and all that.

Same thing happens to mega-stars. Madonna, Barbara Streisand, Michael Jackson, etc. who become surrounded by yes-people and actually believe that the world is as they see it. I’m sure there’s a clinical name for it and I am not smart enough to recall it but it is a very real condition, I’m sure.

You nailed it when you said he’s incompetent and why. It’s a manifold issue what with him never having to punch a clock, have a real job, be held responsible for anything. I mean…as a “community organzer”, a dubious moniker at best, what, exactly is the penalty for being a bad one? That the “people were clearly disorganized”? How would ya know?

The other side of it is that mainstream, Big Mac eating, backpack toting, Budweiser-drinking America overwhelmingly lacks the wisdom and critical eye to see what is unfolding before theirs. It’s just plain scary. We’ve all heard the expression, “Like watching a train wreck” and yet, here it is, clear as crystal on a sunshiny spring day and only a few people notice?

Truly, as Mark Twain pointed out the opposite of “progress” is “congress” and it’s truly painful to watch, right along with this so-called “elected” president.

I am also truly grateful to work in a place where 99% of us are conservatives and find this cardboard cutout of a president to be a ridiculous fabrication of the real thing. I am also glad that the conservative media hold him to task and point out the hypocrisy, the lies, the out-and-out cheating, not to mention way-out-of-left-field governing this amazingly hip, yet equally amazingly out-of-touch group of people do.

I learned a lot by reading and one of my recent reads was “Unlimited Access” by former FBI agent Aldrich. He pointed out that the Gore’s would shut their phone off at 9PM so as not to be disturbed. This was discovered when Bill-Jeff went on one of his “ditch the Secret Service” escapades to go get laid and they couldn’t reach the vice-president.

That pretty much was the telling passage in the book that said it all about liberal democrats.

They want all the perks and none of the responsibility.

Simple.

Years ago, in another time of economic trouble, it fell to me to determine whether a co-worker was competant or just pretending. It wasn’t pleasant, but I did it, and the answer was that he was incompetant. I would characterize the situation like he was a doctor whose specialty was to fix broken limbs. He knew what the job was, could describe the job, but when it came time to fix the limb, he would reset the wrong bone.

So we brought him in for a talk before we let him go, and it fell to me to describe why he wasn’t cutting the mustard.

Well, he was SHOCKED. Really. I remember it clearly. He said “I graduated from xyz academy. I was awarded high honors. I’ve worked here for 2 years. I’m an EXPERT.”

He actually thought he knew what he was doing…..but he was incapable of the simplest tasks in his profession.

When I watch Maxime Waters, I am reminded of that guy. There she is, acting as if she knows what she is doing, but she is as stupid as a cartoon character, yet filled with self-pride.

And I think The Moron is the same way. In his mind, how can he be incompetant? Isn’t he adulated? Doesn’t the press hang on every word? Don’t his minions scatter to do his bidding? Don’t the sychopants praise his every action? Didn’t he promise change? Isn’t he delivering on the promise?

Meanwhile, he is busy as a beaver resetting the country’s broken neck and back, when it’s a finger that is broken.

Beyond the “I’m rubber, you’re glue” argument, for lack of a better word, that Ba-lack Who’s-insane O-bla-bla uses, there are obvious mental deficiencies that I can only predict will result in some truly antisocial behavior in the times to come.

From projecting to denial to out-and-out anger. And, hurray for America, watch for the spiteful move that will result in “everyone being punished” when he wishes something into the cornfield. Not that that’s not already happening but I mean something that even Pelosi would recognize as aberrant behavior.

Word on the street from American Thinker is that he is lazy and spends his time partying up late at night…while delegating important tasks. This gives us a twofold problem: One, that he hands off important issues to people not suited to the task, or who think they are and bollocks it up so bad we end up trillions of dollars in debt and Two, that he is not only AFRAID of the job but INCAPABLE of doing the job.

Much maligning of presidents has gone on throughout the decades, if not centuries but most of them were capable of being a chief executive and at least being the focal point of responsibility.

This is the first, and hopefully only, president I’ve seen in my lifetime that leads by proxy, likes to be a salesman ONLY and spends his time playing with his new toys while others are charged with working things out.

I ask you, is this “vision”? Or just playtime for Bonzo?

Obviously, the collective distaste, dismay and complete outrage of having this THING in office is very prevalent here. I am hoping that the feeling grows and that he trips up so badly that he’s ousted. Unfortunately, it’ll probably take getting a very large number of US citizens killed to make that happen.

For, while he’s frittering away the money that isn’t there, very evil people are plotting to do something on our soil. He is unaware of their devious cleverness or perhaps he’s not. For he has already said, if it really comes down to it, he will side with the muslims.

I am, and have been very afraid for this nation and 9/11 was not a wake-up call for me as I had already predicted that that day would come. People thought I was nuts. But, it happened pretty much the way I thought it would.

Yet we, in this great nation, have people who are charged with anticipating just what these nutjobs might do next…and it’s up to this president to listen to them. Yet, he, in his pontifical way, will poo-poo the ideas and truly believe they would never attempt to do such harm again.

Why do people keep saying this guy is smart? Who falls for this really?
