That’s not the ACORN I once knew, said Obama.
However, notice another dodge Obama is using. He is portraying himself and ACORN as the VICTIM of unscrupulous vote getters. ACORN is the VICTIM of fraud, not its perpetrator. Sounds like the child who killed both his parents and asked the Court for dismissal of the charges cause he was an orphan.

Funny how the Obamanation forgets his December 2007 conference of community organizers where he was guest of honor, and told ACORN and its affiliated organizations that when he won in 2008, not only would ACORN and these community organizers have great input into Obama’s legislative package he would send to Pelosi/Reid in his first 100 days, BUT THEY WOULD BE PART OF HIS TRANSITION TEAM, even before the election so that their interests would be seriously represented.
Moreover, OBAMA drafted and got passed legislation in the Dem Congress that EXEMPTED ACORN, and other such organizations from any criminal or civil penalties for violating the Truth In Lending Laws, and other federal laws (such as their shakedowns of banking/financial institutions). Funny how some things mysteriously get erased from this brilliant man’s mind? Just like all those sermons from Pflegar and Wright, and the past history of Ayres and Dohrn.
I just wonder all those libs who are supporting Obama, would they still have done so if he was elected Chair of a Board of an organization put together by an unrepentent abortion clinic bomber, and/or sat on several boards with such clinic bomber? And passed out tens of millions of dollars to organizations with the same world view as the abortion clinic bomber? I wonder how the media would have reacted to that, or if it were McCain or Palin who had participated in those organizations and friendships?
Sure it would be the same as they treat Obama. Yeah, right.

OK, so lets get this straight….Brotha HO only did some lawyer like work 13 years ago for these thieves in the night and thats about the gist of it. Clearly Brotha HO is smoking pot and needs to bring his head up from the bong water. ACORN is stacking the deck and trying to undermine the election process. Why isn’t the NAACP, Southren Christian Coalition, Rainbow Coalition, Black Panthers etal screaming from a pulpit? R-A-C-E !!! If the honkeys’ were doing this at this time, the streets would be afire! Why hasn’t Congress, Senate weigh in on this? The Democraps have turned a blind eye to the Constitution that they swore to defend from all enemies foriegn and D-O-M-E-S-T-I-C. It is clearly noticable to me that there is a civil war brewing by the non-compliance of a do nothing Democrap machine!! So be it!!

the obama and ACORN are criminal activities—-both should be held accountable. the obama must be defeated. The leaders of ACORN should be in orange jump suits and leg-irons—along with Barny, Chris, Maxine, Franklin, and Co. We’re living in a world turned upside down, where a problem caused by democrats is being hung around the GOP’s neck like a burning tire. Enough is enough.

As always, just shuffle it to the side and pretend it’s not big deal. Unfortunately at this point I think it’s a done deal Obama will be the next president. It seems everywhere I turn it’s either:

a. The radical left and the baby boomer/new age crowd, who are thrilled to death that he’s the candidate and will usher in a new future of multicultural goodness.

b. The people who will vote for anyone who’s not Bush or Republican, and judging by some college age kids I was talking to recently that’s a lot of them.

It’s easy to see what will happen, the key to the Chosen One’s success has been being so vague that people read in whatever they want to believe, and expectations on him are so high no one could possibly live up to it. I expect the Obama presidency to quickly become mired in scandals as the people who put him there will want payback for their efforts.

In an earlier age I would have said he’d be lucky to go one term, as the true nature of “The One” becomes laid clear. But after watching the blind devotion to Clinton, who had nowhere near the following, Obama will likely have his disciples screeching until the end of time how his presidency was held up by the Republicans/Racists/anyone else.

I can only hope that it will be like it was in 1994, when people who had enough of Clinton turned Congress Republican and more or less quarantined him.

Then again there’s always the wobbler factor, things that may tip the whole thing out of balance. In this case it’s “gorgeous and gracious” Michelle, who seems primed to start many international “incidents.”

McCain could have had it all, I sometimes I wish I would tell him, “Look, drop the ‘maverick’ bit, that’s about as viable today as Mick Jagger saying ‘Start Me Up.’ Show people your tough side, that you can turn the country around, not try and make everyone get along in bipartisan friendliness. That NEVER works, no matter how good it sounds. They’re going to call you racist and hate filled no matter what, so have answers ready and stand up to them. Be the guy who survived a North Vietnamese prison camp and who can survive this, not the nice old guy.”

But it’s too late now, the new slogan is “2008: We’re Screwed.”
