Obama Fear Mongers Before Black Caucus

From a similarly race obsessed Associated Press:

Obama: Black lawmakers must rally voters back home

September 19, 2010

WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama implored black voters on Saturday to rekindle the passion they felt for his groundbreaking campaign and turn out in force this fall to repel Republicans who are ready to "turn back the clock."

They are always threatening blacks with a return to slavery.

But speaking of turning back the clock, are blacks better off now than they were before January 2007? We don’t think so.

In a fiery speech to the Congressional Black Caucus, Obama warned that Republicans hoping to seize control of Congress want "to do what’s right politically, instead of what’s right — period."

What a deep thinker Mr. Obama is.

"I need everybody here to go back to your neighborhoods, to go back to your workplaces, to go to the churches, and go to the barbershops and go to the beauty shops. And tell them we’ve got more work to do," Obama said to cheers from a black-tie audience at the Washington Convention Center. "Tell them we can’t wait to organize. Tell them that the time for action is now." …

The ‘black community’ has been ‘organizing’ for fifty years now. What good has it done for them, especially lately?

In fact, what good did Mr. Obama ever do in his brief career as a ‘community organizer’ – except to elect more corrupt and incompetent people to Congress?

[Obama] said he’s just begun rolling back a devastating recession that’s come down "with a vengeance" on African-American neighborhoods that were already suffering.

Given the stratospheric unemployment rate of blacks since Democrats took control of the economy in January 2007, this might be poor salesmanship.

"We have to finish the plan you elected me to put in place," Obama said…

After all, there is still some remains of capitalism left in America. Some income that has not yet been redistributed.

Obama was treated to several standing ovations in the darkened cavernous center. But the hall grew quiet as Obama warned, "Remember, the other side has a plan too. It’s a plan to turn back the clock on every bit of progress we’ve made."

Again, who are the fear mongers? Who are the race baiters? And who is the post-racial President?

Obama never spoke the name of the Republican Party, but repeatedly invoked its policies — and did name its House leader, Rep. John Boehner of Ohio, a favorite Obama target in recent days

Mr. Boehner is a ‘person of color,’ too, you know.

Speaking of which, just imagine the outrage if Mr. Boehner or any politician of any stripe spoke before a whites only group, and exhorted them to get out the white vote.

"What made the civil rights movement possible were foot soldiers like so many of you, sitting down at lunch counters and standing up for freedom. What made it possible for me to be here today are Americans throughout our history making our union more equal, making our union more just, making our union more perfect," Obama said. "That’s what we need again."

Mr. Obama admitted in his first autobiography that as a child he fantasized about being a part of the civil rights movement. Apparently, he still does.

After all, haven’t we been overcome yet?

The caucus is a group reeling from ethics charges against two leading members, Democratic Reps. Charles Rangel of New York and Maxine Waters of California. Republicans are preparing TV ads spotlighting the cases, even though House trials are now not expected until after the November election

How outrageous for the GOP to bring such things up, “even though” the Democrats have put off any trials until after the elections.

They must be racists.

If Dems continue to trash the constitution, then the fear mongering would make sense. It’s kinda like those L.A. boys that mudered their folks and cried at their trial, ‘I don’t have a Mom’.

  2. Chase says:

“”We have to finish the plan you elected me to put in place,” Obama said…”

What plan? I seem to recall that there was very little put out to the voters as to exactly what his plan was/is. And they elected him anyway….

His plans have become patently obvious to many of us. But outside of “change” and “redistribution of wealth” (which most of those to whom he was speaking likely don’t fully fathom) he has never shared that long-term plan. Many more need to see so that it becomes a vast “most,”

Let’s hope his obvious motives and the dangers thereof motivate right-thinking voters to do the right thing at the polls in six weeks.

    Personally, I’m LMAO at this:

“I need everybody here to go back to your neighborhoods, to go back to your workplaces, to go to the churches, and go to the barbershops and go to the beauty shops. . .”

    Neighborhoods. Churches. Barbershops/beauty shops.

Sounds to me like he’s racially profiling.

    • untrainable says:

He didn’t have to racially profile. They took care of that at the door.

Mr. Boehner is a ‘person of color,’ too, you know. Yeah, Orange is a color. (You guys crack me up)

I’ve always thought that having a black caucus was racist in itself. Then again. I’m white so what do I know about racism? Wait a minute…

  4. Right of the People says:

Who was it that said after The Won took office said, “We in charge now, cracker.”?

I think that sums it all up. Barry’s not going to be able to get out the vote for a midterm election because his people just don’t care enough. They all think they did their job and got his funky butt elected and now they’re sitting back still waiting for the payday.

You know when the Dimocrats go down in November Barry’s gonna spin it as racism not matter what.

I’d love to see them form a White Congressional Caucus, that ought to get their panties in a bunch and have them screaming RAAAAAAAASIST!!!!!

    • untrainable says:

Right, you know what I think is funny. They call us crackers without knowing the origin of the word. They must think it has something to do with saltine or ritz or nilla wafers. Cracker was a term used by slaves to indicate who had the whip. Just shows what racism does to your intelligence. So when they use it they disparage themselves and elevate the one to whom they are trying to show disrespect. I love the english language. Too bad they don’t teach it anymore.

    • wardmama4 says:

I’ve also heard cracker meant a native of Florida – oh big insult there and once (can’t remember where) but I heard it meant someone in the south too poor to own slaves (like, a cracker farmer, not a plantation owner) – So as ever – they want to make words mean what they want, they can insult and disparage anyone – but we must allow them respect for nothing more than simply being.

Yes, unless they get the buses rolling on NOv 2nd – I think The Won & the DNC & even the GOP are in for a big surprise. I do not think that the Silent Majority will be silent anymore. Look what it got us – a moron in office who left endowed by our Creator out of quote of the Declaration of Independence. What a schmuck.

That’s what happens when they make up a language fo in da hood and calls it Ebonics.

      Conjugate the verb, to be.
      I’sa be
      you’sa be
      we’sa be
      they’sa be
      we all be

  5. NoNeoCommies says:

    Only Blacks can rally Blacks?
If true, who’s fault is that?
The race baiters like JJ and Sharpton?
The “objective press” who love to highlight any racism (real or not) where Caucasians or Cops are the bad guys?

Kinda hard to keep them down when they start waking up; eh Barry?

  6. GetBackJack says:

If you actually identify American citizens by color, you know as in whites and blacks …. you really are racist.

  7. hushpuppy says:

They all think they did their job and got his funky butt elected and now they’re sitting back still waiting for the payday.”

(said in all seriousness) Remember when Rush played a number of audio clips of people who voted for Barry: they talked about getting a new fridge, a new car, waiting on getting a new house, kitchen appliances and of course getting some of his stash! (chanting) O ba ma! O ba ma! O ba ma! (and laughing)

I’d be very interested in hearing from those same people now.

I remember one fellow in particular saying that he did his part in voting for Obama, now he’s waiting for Obama to do what’s right and help him because ‘we’ got to help each other out now; and chirping that it is just like Christmas!

Red and yellow, black and white,
he’ll exploit all in his sight…
