Obama Greets Another Communist Thug

In case Mr. Obama’s “soul shake” with Hugo Chavez wasn’t enough to get his point across, there is this from those fans of dictator thugs everywhere at Reuters:

U.S. President Barack Obama (R) greets Nicaragua’s President Daniel Ortega during the official photo session at the Fifth Summit of the Americas in Port of Spain, April 18, 2009.

Can’t you just feel the warmth of comradely affection?

U.S. President Barack Obama greets Nicaragua President Daniel Ortega during a meeting with Central American leaders at the Summit of the Americas in Port of Spain April 19, 2009.

Indeed, Mr. Obama doesn’t seem to be able to keep his hands off of him.

But as Mr. Obama has recently pronounced, we must learn from history — not be trapped by it.

    Where are Ortega’s spiffy sunglasses?

    Kindred spirits.

Obama is on the prowl, figuring out which one will he wants to be his new Sugar Daddy; a strong male figure in his life. The others will be toy boys. He’s in paradise now.

  3. Barbie says:

The U.S. use to be concerned that communism would drift up from the Latin American countries – which is why the U.S. backed the democratic factions in the LA civil war-torn countries. Now we have a communist in the WH. How pathetic. How sad. How alarming. No wonder commie obommie is so happy to greet his fellow commies and dictators.

  4. 4USA says:

Just wait until we find out how much of our money he gives or has given to these latest “friends.”

Hamas has no doubt already started using the nearly $1 billion of our money he gave them, building schools, hospitals, multicultural houses of worship, ball parks, playgrounds, etc…

  5. annabetsy says:

I wish he would show even half this much affection for his own citizens instead of calling us arrogant and profiling us as potential terrorists.

  6. Rusty Shackleford says:

    “peace in our time”

You go, boy. The consequences will be yours. You own it now. In fact, you have for some weeks, m’lad. That smell that you think is coming from someplace else? Well, that’s you. And that stuff you keep stepping in…and it’s magnified by our own stench.

This child of a president….who thinks his “charismatic charm” thinks that these hardened and tough, evil dictators will actually believe he’s a “new” kind of US leader. Hey, dipshit, wake up. They’ve been around the block. To them, you are a dumbass kid with a little cute outfit and a lollipop, pulling his puppy around in a wagon.

You have no more acute international awareness than does a bag of lint. Nor will you effect any change in same. They gladly receive you because of your wet-behind-the-ears naivte’, not because you are capable, insightful or smart. And smart you are very definitely not. Listen, if you play chess with your little kid sister, and you win every time…you start to get the impression that you are some sort of master. But then when you go play against, say…Bobby Fisher and he soundly trounces you, what have you to say then?

Well, I’ll tell you what you’ll say and/or think:

    1) First and always, “It was Bush’s fault”
    2) barring that, it must be someone else’s fault

You will never admit to anyone or yourself that you ever make/made mistakes. Thus is the bubble of superiority you live in. But, that’s the comedy of such actions because you can’t, for one nanosecond realize you’ve been royally had.

There is no end to the failure of you, your administration/cabinet and the results will prove it out.

Your kindness to N Korea was met with–contempt
Your kindness to Iran was met with– contempt and the arrest of reporters who…guess what, are in your camp.

The pattern will emerge as obvious to the most casual observer but not to you.

Americans will come to revile you and your work. But it will take time, as the truth so often does to those who are slow on the uptake. But it never will to you, as it never does to Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton and those who live in a false reality.

“Learn from history”? My god, you are validating it you idiot…you are VALIDATING it.

    • catie says:

      Amen to that Rusty!

    • proreason says:

      It’s all scripted, Rusty.

He’s an actor playing a role.

    • Rusty Shackleford says:

Pro, that may be so but the outcome is all-too-apparent and even, I dare say, a moot point. Whether he is the master orchestrator of a bloodless coup on the US, or a bungling subatomic particle of same, he is just as guilty. People scoffed at me during the primaries when I stated flatly that I hated the guy. Interestingly…those people are now curiously silent when I bring it up.

It’s every day on the news now as the MSM fawns over his latest blunder without so much as a hint as to the ramifications of his actions. The MSM tonight will state, quite gleefully, that GovCo will take over the banking industry in the form of shareholdings. How very slick and neat that is.

But I do agree that the most evil ones are the mechanism behind this presidency as they use him as the “articulate” SOB that he is…who’s black and on that basis, “who would dare to oppose”?

Well, there’s me. And several million others just like me. Next year, I’m not filing any tax returns. They can put me in jail. Fine. I only wish I could adjust my W-4 to 100 deductions. They get no money from me.

      Period.

    • proreason says:

      Rusty, quote from Rush today:

“Obama’s either a useful idiot, or he’s worse. I, frankly, think he’s worse. I think he’s stupid, but he’s been trained well.” I’m glad he is becoming more explicit about it.

btw, regarding w-4 deductions, I’ve had my w-4 deductions as high as 45, which might get you to 0 withholding. I did it because I preferred to earn some interest, rather than the government earning interest.

However, if you don’t pay what you “owe” quarterly, you will be subject to interest and, potentially, penalties.

It could be that you are more subject to scrutiny by doing that, but, knock on
wood, I’ve never been auditted. Occasionally, they have asked for some interest. Depending on the situation, I have agreed or disagreed, and again, was never questioned.

The interest they charge, btw, is 8% annually.

All he needs is the Castro brothers and you’d have all the Communist leaders in both America’s meetingt and swapping stories about how their screwing the proletariat. Guess he’ll be meeting with them later.

  8. pinandpuller says:

    Que onda hermano? Uhhhhh…merci beaucoup?

  9. canary says:

Obama’s fathers’ dreams finally becoming real. Obama finally feels pride in getting to meet his life long heroes. He is doing everything to fit in, and be welcomed in the communist parties. Such great plans ahead.

Why didn’t weakling Obama put a stipulation, to release political prisoners before all his open their borders for tourtists.

Obama takes our guns away, and everyone with guns will pour into this country.

The comparison to Chamberlain is far too kind and far too optimistic.

Hitler was fundamentally alien to Chamberlain.

Those people are B.O.’s like-minded buddies, his comrades in arms, supporters of a common cause.

Look at his response to Ortega’s anti-American tirade:

“You can’t blame the U.S. for every problem in this hemisphere … I am very grateful that President Ortega didn’t blame me for things that happened when I was three months old.”

Basically he agrees with the substance of Ortega’s remarks. He just doesn’t want his good buddies to blame him for what’s wrong. After all, he’s doing his best to make up for it.

The wrongs Ortega complains about being an agreed given.

Ortega! One of the Sandinista monsters!!!

    Give me a freakin’ break.

    Those people are his pals.

Believe your eyes and draw the obvious conclusion.

    • proreason says:

“Hitler was fundamentally alien to Chamberlain”

      You’re right.

OSoros is in his sweet spot talking to the totalitarian scum of the world.

  11. Howard Roark says:

The “Blame America Tour ’09” continues on its South American leg obviously. All of the faithful came to the concert, er, summit, to see the rock star do his thing.

It’s funny that while these South American communists are complaining that their exports are down, they are simultaneously screaming “Death to capitalism”.

I’ve got a very telling photo of Barry and Chavez here: http://girdingmyloins.blogspot.com/2009/04/barry-in-charge-blame-america-tour-09.html

    • proreason says:

You’ll love this Howard. The Liar in Chief has claimed that he thought it was a book Hugo had written and was only being polite.

They must have thousands of pre-planned excuses so they can spin a dial and pull one out when he gets more than a couple feet away from TOTUS.

Don’t know about you, but I’m getting a little tired of the act.

    • Howard Roark says:

It’s wearing very thin for me, too, PR.

You’re right about them having a database of pre-made excuses and "reactions". The other day I saw that after ALL of the press coverage for weeks leading up to our tea parties, that Obama had the ridiculous reaction on April 15th that he was "unaware of the tea parties".

Add that one to the "I was leaning into King Abdulla because I’m taller than him", and the recent "I thought it was Hugo’s book…"

    • heykev says:

PR’s comment of “The Liar in Chief” made me realize something I’ve been thinking for a while now. BHO reminds me of another lying Illinois politician – Blago.

Here’s an audio clip taken from one interview he did on a local radio station here in Chicago. You can just insert “it’s Bush’s fault” for every time you hear People.

It’s time to break out the old videos of “Red Dawn” and remember what these thugs really have in mind. Oboobie is either the most naive person on the face of the earth or he is right on schedule with his agenda to destroy the USA. I’m thinking the later is correct.

If Stalin or Mao were still alive and he had a chance to personally meet them would we see a picture of him vigorously shaking their hands too?

  15. MinnesotaRush says:

So .. Chavez will be returning all the oil rigs, etc. he nationalized out from underneath the American companies and good old Fidel will be releasing all the political prisoners and telling us where he buried the rest, I guess, huh?

I mean afterall, didn’t o-blah-blah make everything better?

    Yeah! Righhhhhht!

  16. pinandpuller says:

You can’t shake hands when you have them in the air…

  17. Lisa22 says:

Ugh…I’m just grateful that I saw this after I had my dinner! Otherwise I wouldn’t be able to eat anything

    • heykev says:

Humm…you may something here Lisa. You can market a weight loss plan to Conservatives.

Simply have them look at pictures of BHO when their hungry and they will lose any appetite they had.

    • Lisa22 says:

Heykev, thanks, I didn’t think of that! You’re right – in fact, I do have to lose about 10 lbs. myself. I could have a goldmine here!

  18. canary says:

He never showed that much public affection in our country. He’s never shown that much affection to this wife. Maybe she’ll throw a lamp at him when he get’s home. Anyone know who Obama’s personal intern in the oval office is?
